tacolvr3 200 Report post Posted July 22, 2011 you guys are all lucky, i am pulling 15 hours shifts in the kitchen at work, thermometer is reading 43 c without hunidex, so factoring that in with minimal ventilation and my chefs uniform which is pretty thick....... outside feels pretty much cooler.... rick_falcon 911 Report post Posted July 26, 2011 Doing some occasional shifts in a pizzeria and strangely enough, on some days, it was warmer outside than inside, even with the ovens.
