A few of mine:

and of course I wouldn't be a Canadian if I didn't say HNIC! (Remember Peter Puck?)

Angela I watched every one of the shows you mentioned. And I liked them all except Tommy Hunter. It makes me smile just thinking about some of them. :)

Some of those shows like Tommy Hunter my mom watched, so I watched them with her.

My dad only watched baseball, hockey and football and the news.

I have to select these three.

I Dream of Jeannie

The Beverly Hillbillies

Gilligan's Island

Just looked at my choices. Does anyone else see the common denominator for an adolescent boy? Hmm, some things never change. :)

I am surprised nobody has mentioned threes company. I must say this was the best comedy I ever watched and I must have watched each episode at least twenty times and still it makes me laugh.

I watched... but CBC (at least in Toronto) and Global had a love for Britcoms.... and I had enjoyed Three's Company when it first came out as "Man About the House"

Global also showed Doctor in the House - written by John Cleese and Graham Chapman..

The Incredible Hulk - I have this show to thank (or to blame depending on how you want to look at it :p ) for turning me into the geek I am today

Cheers....who didn't love Cheers?? Cheers_intro_logo.jpg

Night Court - I didn't watch it while it was on, but would get home from primary school and watch the reruns every day :) night_court-show.jpg

Quantum Leap - I NEVER missed this show! quantum_leap-show.jpg

Moonlighting.........I have fond memories of secretly staying up late with my brother after we were supposed to be in bed so we could watch this. This is pre Die-Hard and before Bruce Willis became a household tough guy name.....but even then we thought he was just about the coolest fuckin' thing on two feet :D.....and Cybil Sheppard was freakin' sexy. moonlighting_1-2.jpg

Lois And Clark: The New Adventures of Superman - This is more something I watched during my teenage years...but I really dug this show...I loved how it was more about Clark Kent than it was about Superman...I hadn't ever seen it done quite that way before. 001.jpg

OMG yes the Littlest Hobo!! How did I forget about that one??! Loved that show growing up.

And I agree with you about the "used to watch comment"....most of the shows I listed I now have on dvd and still watch lol. Moonlighting in particular is a lot more enjoyable now...Now I actually get all of Bruce Willis' dirty jokes :p

Totally forgot about the cartoons I used to watch growing up: Masters-of-the-Universe-he-man-604211_1024_768.jpgMightyHerculesCartoonSeriesDVD.jpg
