With all the people just on CERB eating chicken, this is what the farmers are going to encounter.....chickens who flew the coop LOL

Lamb roast, steamed potatoes and dilled carrots. Just put the lamb in the oven, I can smell the rosemary already :yum:

Salad with bleu cheese dressing, prime rib with the trimmings but what makes it so special is my dinner date, Emily Rushton

Just hand dug brand new little baby PEI potatoes and picked peas from my garden. Green beans from the neighbors garden. Sorry. No meat tonight!

A little invention and twist on bacon wrapped scallops.

Place bacon rounds in muffin pan, place jumbo scallop in center, the top with sliver of zucchini into a circle and a white onion ring around that.

Season with garlic powder and peppercorns and garnished with a sprig of cilantro!

YUM YUM YUM, and so pleasing to the eyes too!
