I noticed this thread and thought I'd ask a couple of questions. I do have a Twitter account which is private for now, is it better to have it that way as it's an escort's account? I personally prefer it that way but I realize it may be an inconvenience for those who want to follow me or who do want to read my tweets but only have a personal Twitter account which they of course wouldn't use to follow me. Its like the last frontier - nothing seems to be censored, so tweet away. I use an app for followers called true twit. If they are also on that, I don't have to manually verify each new follower. My tweets are public (I think), but I see some have their setting more restricted, and therefore you can't do some functions, like re-tweet their tweets. Up to you. The ladies who keep their accounts locked seem to be a minority, but there are some. I guess it depends what you want the account for and who you're interested in communicating with, and how public you want that communication to be. Anyone who only has a personal Twitter account can trivially create another one for this, just the same as many of us have separate emails for this purpose. Also, has anyone had a problem with Twitter for introducing yourselves as an escort in your Bio or tweets? Most (or many, at least) escorts are pretty up front about this.
