What would you cross the street for

Recommended Posts

What would make you cross the street-besides getting to the other side;)

for me it would be to -

pat a cute dog

to check out a new store, or one I hadn't noticed

To check out a sexy car

to help someone in need

If I saw you Cristy I would cross the street!

I would also cross if I saw a puppy, a friendly face, or a patio in the sun!

Any number of things like helping someone in need,a nice bike or car,seeing something in the window that catches my eye and last but not least a beautiful woman. For you Cristy I would run across.:shehot:

I was wondering how long it would take someone to say a Klondike Bar.....lol.

For me it would be a Patio for a coffee or a nice refleshing beverage. I have a sunny day in Eastern Europe fixed in my mind right now.

Well I'd say to see a lady from CERB ;-) BUT ONLY if she signaled for me to cross...got to remember to be discrete in this lifestyle

And I would cross the street if someone needed help

Also if there was a tackle shop across the road ;-)

And I would cross the street if someone was coming up my side of the street I didn't want to see or talk to

I would cross the street if it was in the winter time and the other sidewalk was clear of snow or ice free.

I would cross the street for a dear friend.

I think RG beat me to the rest. ;)

Is it a sign of a complete lack of class that my first thought of a response was, "If I farted."?

Anyway...I would cross if:

1) You were there, Cristy. (I kinda feel I need to say that as, you know, it's your thread. But, I would. At the proper "Walk" signal, though. Safety first, and all).

2)To see a puppy or friendly Dog.

3) At scent of some awesome food and needing to find out where it's coming from.

4) To help someone in need.

5) Because, like mount Everest, it was there.

6) Saw an Electronics/gadget/computer store.

1. To look at a sharp looking Car that caught my eye.

2. To Cow's for an Ice Cream Cone on a hot summer day.

3. Tim Horton 's on a cold day, done this way too much this spring.

4. To the bank to get some cash when I one of our sexy Cerb ladies is visiting.

To avoid a rhinoceros thundering down my side of the street! You wouldn't believe how often this happens.

Also:

- to fawn over a good dog

- to avoid an infant in a stroller

- to greet a friend or sibling

- to admire a pretty girl

- to throw my cloak down over a puddle for the queen

- to pass by a bakery and inhale its scent

Something for the taste;

- an ice cream

Something for the scent;

- some flowers

Something for the touch;

- a dog

Something for the ears;

- a musician

Something for the eyes;

- a pretty woman

Something for all the above;

- A Lady from CERB!

I don't mean to be a Debbie downer or to poop on your cute post, but we are never going to see that nor probably Rhino's anywhere much longer thanks to the idiots that by their tusks with the belief of them curing cancer or other foolish folklore. They'll be extinct soon.

You're right of course. Rhinos are critically endangered. I'm just as dismayed by the killing of elephants for their ivory, particularly because of the elaborate social behaviours elephants exhibit surrounding herd-mates, death, and mourning.

Let's amend and Canadian-ize my post:

- To avoid an enormous caribou sprinting down my side of the street! You wouldn't believe how often this happens.
