Do you have a signature meal that you make? I'll be honest I'm not that good in the kitchen anymore but put me behind a BBQ and I'll cook you a meal (meat and veggies) you will love. Now you guys. My go to meal is, start with a Garden Salad, main course would be Baked Potatoes, some fresh vegetables with Pork Chops cooked in the oven with a light shake n bake coating all followed up with an Apple Pie with Ice Cream for dessert. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Luckyme 41401 Report post Posted November 6, 2014 The most memorable dish I have ever made was lobster tails stir-fried with chopped tomatoes, chopped onions, some garlic and a bit of soya and oyster sauces.
