In Nova Scotia you are under a Graduated Licensing Program if you did not get your "begginers" in or prior to 1996. I can drive after 12:00a.m.!! It was funny the first night I got the new license, I was like I can drive after 12a.m. where to go so I ended up going to a 24hr Shopper's Drug Mart and bought a pop and lip gloss. Like you when i got my license ( i WONT tell you how long ago, lol ) i got up at some ungodly hour and took my brothers car out for a spin......because I could....... that was INSPITE of a wicked winter storm outside......it made the drive more interesting.....
