"whats in a name?" said a great poet.... It came to mind reading a new thread about our handle origins that a year ago on December 6th 2008 I turned over a new leaf and took on a different name. Before i went as Chantilly...it was assigned by a wannabe-pimp when I was just starting out trying to go with an "agency" after answering a Kijiji add looking for new girls. I remember it was a week or so before the infamous OC transpo bus strike. I had quit my retail job to further pursue escorting full time when I met with a Toronto agency and was "assigned" more or less the name "Annessa"...I kinda hated it at first,...actually no, I REALLY hated it! I wanted a fun name...something that ended in a "ee" sound....Little did I know that I would have stuck with this name that had grown on me like a new best friend even after leaving that agency and going indi again....and I'm so happy that I did (keep the name AND leave that agency, haha) I cant comment on any other SPs but the ideas that we use what are perceived as "fake" names always makes me cringe slightly.....as Annessa has become every bit a part of me as my birth-name has....just under different circumstances, lol....i even turn around when I hear someone call out "Vannessa!" to another stranger on the street! That being said I think its prety common knowledge that all us SPs use aliases ....any interesting stories, ladies, about how you feel about the differnt name-tags we;ve had? past names and why you decided to junk them. Like I said, I was "Chantilly Wilde" before (the wannabe-agent guy said I looked like a "chantilly"...yah...ok...and apparently I was someday going to be in a Texas porn so I needed a last name..*rolls eyes*) I definitely found that certain clients who saw me under that name treat Chantilly a lot differently than they do Annessa....but then again, maybe thats just the fact that Annessa doesnt deal with the same BS as Chantilly did, lol

Ok, so here's the deal. I've been on this board for a bit and have noticed a few things in my experience. One in particular is that many times, a guy can make a comment on a thread and it can go by relatively unnoticed. If one of the ladies here basically paraphrased the same thought, she would get 80 responses to it telling her how great she is or, in the very least, be told that she's hot. Before you get to thinking I'm going on a rant here...that's totally not the case. Thing is, I got to joking about this to one of the incredibly beautiful and intelligent women here about the subject and I said to her, "You know, the lord God could come down from the heavens and create the perfect post for cerb...and get less views or responses than someone such as yourself announcing that you just farted." What begat from that discussion...was a bet. If this thread can get more response than what she's putting out there, I win. And my prize is good so get your fucking Santa hats on and help a brother out! I was supposed to come up with something intelligent and profound, but fuck it - the only possible way for me to win this is to cheat! Might as well put a poll to this as well - for no other reason than the fact I can. And remember that xmas is all about giving so, please...think of the children...

Either way you will be forced to pay back a minimum to the HBP on your RRSP, but max out your mortgage payment. Here are some ways to eliminate your mortgage in 10 years or less.. 1- If you need to lock the rate in the first five years then do so but try to put more than just the normal amount each month. 2- The amount you pay each month doesn't change each month so increase the frequency. eg $1000 month. change it to $250 /week as an example. Huge interets savings as more will go to the principle. 3- After the term is expired no matter what they offer your to re-sign (the mortgage people banks and brokers work on comission) convert it to a home equity line of credit (it's a low variable interest rate but you and not paying future interest) 4- Put the max down that you feel comforatble with each month. No need for the weekly at this stage since interest is calculated on the outstanding amount. Even if you maintain the same amount this is better than what you had before but work it out based on your needs. 5- Max out your RRSP but on pay only the min back in the HBP (home buyers plan). You will see the formula on the standard tax forms. You will see the amount you owe drop very quickly over the years. I know not everyone can max out the way I described above but there are happy balances.. maybe you can eliminate you mortgage in 12 or 14 in stead of 25. I am not a financial planner by trade but part of the family business is in real estate investments. I used the above methods and and I am a happy person. Most tax preparers will know how to manage the tax implications as the HBP is one of the most popular federal programs There is also another option which is more complicated but you can do a "non-arms length mortgage" to yourself from your RRSP. In essence the investment you are buying is you. You loan yourself the money to buy a property. google it.. it requires some legal documents and a willing bank/trust company to administer the loan to yourself. Basically all the interest you pay (short of the bank fee) gets paid back to you. Why pay the bank when you can pay yourself. No bank will ever tell you about this program so you need to research your bank. When you google it you will see a list of canadian banks that participate. It helps if you have a nice stash in your RRSP. There are many other ways to do it but this are the easier ones. pm me if you have any questions... Now back to our wonderful ladies ;) and ladies invest wisely. Even with cash you can invest safely!

The reality is law enforcement has a job to do, and in this industry I support their choice to try and protect the underage girls who are in these situations. From experience, I know teenagers are incredibly stubborn and naive. I am sure these girls think they are in a partnership of sorts, but they don't realize it is a pact that will leave them damaged and broken. Coercion and violence are a part of life when a girl has a pimp and they are usually estranged from their loved or less than loved ones. The police need to do what they can to protect these young girls. Quite often it takes a prison cell to keep these girls away from their pimps. The loyalty is so disturbing. The police are not looking for consenting adults who do not make a nuisance of themselves to the community, they are going after the one group that permeates this business and makes it dirty. I for one support this effort and I think we do not need to become paranoid and blow this out of perspective. Cat
