Most legit massage require having privates covered, so by definition, a reverse does not have to be nude. But a "nude reverse" would be. These definitions are never carved in stone, and are YMMV for a number of reasons. It is best to clarify before booking that the services you may desire (DATY, digits, etc) are included in the reverse massage. I'm not sure if you've been keeping up, but according to reviews it seems like EB/TO mo longer employs the strict no FS policy. Many known FS providers have used EB/TO as a location as well.
