I'm not sure if you've been keeping up, but according to reviews it seems like EB/TO mo longer employs the strict no FS policy. Many known FS providers have used EB/TO as a location as well. Never had a bad time there, was my go to for late appointments when most AMP's had finished for the night, I think they live nearby, and make special trips late. (like 9:30, 10 ish.)

I did, same basic services, good value in a pinch, but there are some many better out there for a few bucks more. Location is inconspicuous and not a stinky AMP, so there is that.
