  1. It all started with ''For those I loved'' (''Au nom de tous les miens''), and then, ''Human House'' (''La maison humaine'')... Martin Gray is born April 27, 1922, in Varsovie, and died April 25th 2016, in Belgium. He survived the Holocaust, and shared his story with the world in a way where we can still have hope for a world gone to s**t. He has suffered treamondous events in his life, including the loss of his family during the war, and then, again, in a house fire. Twice, all gone. I had the chance of spending couple of hours with the man, in front of a coffee in Montreal. And I have learned sooo much. Martin is the one that made me realize that there wasn't two sides on a coin, but to open my mind enough to see the third side. He also thought me that no matter how bad, painful and cruel life can be, sun is always rising somewhere... Thank you Martin for these marvelous lessons that allows me to continue, head up, to lead a life filled with challenges, and always hold tight to my convictions, always in a way to respect who I am. Thank you my friend for the difference you have made in my life. You will always have a special place in my memories...
  2. You don't have to feel ashamed of falling for your first SP. Be careful, tho. Is your service provider aware of what you feel for her? If so, what does she thinks about it? Maybe a little chat with her, sharing how you feel for her, and see how she feels about it would be your next step... We are sure courtiseanes, but also great councellors... P.S.: To echo what Peachy said, respecting her bounderies is mandatory. You wouldn't want to scare her off, or put her in an akward situation...
  3. And man, do I have to give the thumbs up to MA. It takes some serious strenght just not to fall off! So Nuru and body slides providers: Two thumbs up! Have a nice day!
  4. There's always a contact you can use in need like this. If your safety is at risk, you sure want to contact them ASAP.
  5. If you realize afterwards that she's on the list, you can edit your post, or even erase it. The only thing you can't modify is the title of your post. You can also report a thread that is about a lady on the DNR/DND list.
  6. Some pix may be hard to watch. Fortunetly, so far, nobody got hurt... http://www.theweathernetwork.com/news/articles/alberta-wildfires-summed-up-in-10-terrifying-tweets/67304 Such an incredible force... My heart goes to you, Albertans.
  7. I can understand the drama it could bring. It was only that for some reason, my pin ''disappeared'' along the way, and wanted to get it back. I earned it, trying to write interesting and useful posts, get implicated, and all. I got nominated every year, and having the tag up does help my buisness. Thank you guys for the info, tho. I can now stop searching... lol Additional Comments: Apparently, when it's gone, it's gone, and not coming back. I've been away for a bit and wasn't aware of the situation. I'm sorry to have bring back the subject... BTW: It disappeared not because I did something, but because everything related to it is meant to go aswell... Well, I can say I got nominated during the few years it has last... LYLA is evoluting...
  8. I inherited my dad's building. A nice duplex (1897), by Two-Mountains lake. I just got the news... Thankful tears.
  9. She has a profile on here: https://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/member.php?u=76540 Maybe she could provide you with a link to her reco (assuming she has one). Her name spells slightly different (Trish the dsh), and her profile says she was last online this morning. Just found a reco: http://www.lyla.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=78916&highlight=trish
  10. I am looking for the Members Choice Awards Nomination thread from 2013 to 2015. Using the search function, it gave me the ones from 2009 to 2012, but I can't find anything more recent. Can anybody provide with info, please? I've lost my tag along the way and would need the refferal links to request it back... Also, if the thread has been moved, it is possible to tell me where? I love participating in those, as eventhough we have all year round to show some love, having the opportunity to really put the spotlights on a particular member that, to my point of view, is changing the face of LYLA by his posts, is very important to me. And I would have to say... Having our name mentionned on there is even more special... Thank you!
  11. I don't know why, but I don't trust Amazon. I feel that if anything happens during the transaction, I will not be able to get the assistance I need, espescially that I need French customer service. The website I use right now is a worldwide UK based with French assistance on chat, or phone. They also offer a 1 year return policy, without question, full money back. I'm looking for something alike, wich I didn't found anywhere, so far. As stated before, I'm leaving this company for the sole reason that there toys are a bit out of date, not keeping up with sex industry. Perfect for personnal use, but that's it. Sad...
  12. As toys and fetish accessories, pantyhose are considered as a request to me. I usually don't carry them, but if you bring some, I would be more than happy to oblige! But since I consider pantyhose a very classy fetish, and pantyhose can range from 60$ to up to 400$ and more, I rather let you bring them, rather than charging an extra, unless you request I get them. This would unfortunetly be too much of an expense, considering the vast and wonderful world of pantyhose. Fishnets, bows, seems, rips, crotchless, red, pink, white, or black, we love them all, and they are well underated. All spots on pantyhoses!!!
  13. I never understand the threads about the new laws. The words are so technicals that I gave up long ago. All I know is what I do is legal, beneficial, and good for the economy. All I ask for is a safe place to work out of.
  14. I'm not going to get into great scientific details, but have you ever heard of ASMR? ( and many more on Youtube) Also, having a men whispering with a deep voice next to my ear is making my legs weak...
  15. Having seen CERB transformed to LYLA, I can see there has been very good changes made to the site. Also less good ones... But in all. I would think that eventhough we can't all agree, on all the rules, with the exponential boom of new subscribers, the new laws, the new type of clientele (I have more and more fetish requests...), the censorship, the different tech. difficulties (remember the first times of the chat/ chat box) the new rules on here, in all, LYLA is still respecting its first goal: Keeping service providers and hobbiest well informed and safe in a fun and friendly website. Sure, the new rules have change the face of LYLA (wich will always remain CERB to me), and some will always have a certain difficulties to accept rules, not mentionning a change in them (me being the first one). Also, as service providers, we have the chance of hearing some ex-members justification as why they don't post anymore. But that shall remain beind closed doors... In all, LYLA has changed, as we all did. But even with all those changes,LYLA will always remain my #1 refference for work, but will also remain the first site I log in when I wake up in the morning to start a fresh new day... For all those that remain, I consider myself lucky to have the chance to interact with you...
  16. Footfetish is a pretty common fetish request... That I love because I can't resist being teased and tickled!
  17. I jumped in because sharing SP info, unless the MOD decide to in the dangerous section, from third party, is very important. Nothing else. It's a mix of two rules: 1. A hobbiest can post a link to an ungoing ad as a refferal to ask about a specific SP. Meaning if you don't have one, it will be taken for granted that you do not wish to be contacted at this time. 2. Nobody is allowed to share location info, including a phone number. (see previous post) You can find either ones in the rules and FAQs.
  18. Sometimes, we can't understand why a decision is made, a rule is established, or an opinion is strongly deffended. For those who have the time, this is no way to bring this matter into a fight and will be written in the softess words I can find, but it is what lies in my heart. Every day, a service provider is attacked. Everyday she is exposed to various akwards situations, if not dangerous. We are not only bold and beautifull, but also extremely courageous and mentally strong. We are also smart, and make our own decisions (reffering to this thread). We don't always feel the need to fill in with an explanation, as we will never have to justify ourselves on the decision we make. Making this point is extremely important because I would have appreciate a fellow provider to do the same for me. I'm sorry, language is still a barrier, but I think you can understand my point. *Kisses*
  19. I've asked the MOD yesterday if it was against the rules for a third party to provide such info, without the SP's consent. Here's a copy of the PM I got. Re: Does ''location'' includes phone numbers? ''It would most certainly be a breach of trust andcould compromise a ladies safety so it would be against the rules if posted publicly here'' To see the refference, go in the rules and FAQs, first page, 7th or 8th topic. This whole thread is a moot...
  20. I found something in the rules and FAQ that says that no hobbiest is allowed to share info on an sp location. I've ask MOD if a phone number was considered as a location, due to its nature of privacy, but received no awnser so far. Curious? I don't post the rules link for a reason. I'll let you check it out.
  21. This is the most offensive post I've ever read, and I've been around for quite a while... Wow. 1. FYI: As one of the most dangerous profession, we have to hold tight one to another for our own safety. We can't know personnally every SP in Canada, let alone those with multiple names. But there are some none written rules that apply all around the country, and maybe you are given the impression we all come from Canada east (Ont., Qué.), but again, we are more important in number. So it's only an impression due to the ratio. 2. ''To me...'': And who are you? Who are you to decide what's good and what's not for her, or anyone? And even, who says that being around that long is part of her screening? Maybe not... 3. As stated before, this is part of the non-written rule. And being hours away have nothing to do with it. I know I can rely on friends all accross Canada, and so do they. Nelle isn't one of them, but this is a glance at solidarity we have between us. 4. And although I really don't consider myself as a low class provider (not to repeat your term that was huffely offensive), I will not travel in your province anytime soon, if ever. The more financially comfortable escorts can travel for pleasure, and provide services while they are there, or absorb the expenses if a trip doesn't go well. I personnally can't, nor have the time to. I don't quite appreciate the kind of attitude I see, the posts I read. Very few worthy of my attention, honnestly. (Wow! You're lucky! And you didn't even get to pay!) I assume this won't happen again. BTW: I took the liberty of deleting some part of the text, because I too am not looking for a fight. Just sending out a mesage that this was really not appreciated.
  22. I know what's like to be allergic to every product you try. This is why I developped a ''baby powder'' massage, and no complaints so far. I use the Johnson's one, with corn starch. It doesn't attack the skin, can even solve some problems like greasy skin, is not messy, slides awesomely, is very easy to clean... I found no downside so far, so if you suffer from the ''skin under attack syndrome'', this option might be for you... Just saying...
  23. I would be curious, in all this blabbing and exchange of semi-insults, to know about a transgender SP. Unlikely to happen since it doesn't seem to interest them that much. This is the kind of subject everybody has an opinion on and fight over, when deeply, it doesn't even worth the shot. So here's a pretty good solution to your question: - Disclosed on ad and willing to take the shot: GO! - Disclosed on ad, but not interested anyways: DON'T! - Not disclosed on ad, and would be willing to try: NICE! - Not disclosed on ad, and not willing to try: BRUSH IT OFF. Sorry for hijacking the thread, but this is now turned to ridicule. Lesson of hobbying #1: Transgender or not, an SP is an SP, and she (or he) has the liberty to run her (or his) buisness the way she (or he) wants. Whatever you say won't change that.
  24. All I can see is: >UserCP >Edit Options And then, in a frame with a grey background, you have two options of e-mail notification that you can check and uncheck. Make sure to disable both. You should be good after that.
