I have a a few bad experiences in my time doing this and I have found they are concentrated 3 areas, the Bedford Hwy motels, Spryfield and North Dartmouth/Highfield Park. Those are my almost 100% no go areas now. But I do have exceptions, think an established provider like yourself.
