  1. I don't agree with Samurai88 about how to handle a disagreement about the number of songs during a visit to the champagne room. If you are a regular customer and you are sure that the dancer is exaggerating, you do have power. You could tell the dancer that if she insists on overcharging, you will not repeat with her during your frequent future visits. That may be enough to change her mind. You can also say that you will inform the manager that she is overcharging, The club does not like dancers who overcharge, because it pisses off the customers, who may choose to go elsewhere in the future. So, if you explain that you have been a regular customer for a long time and you threaten to complain to the manager, most dancers won't try to cheat you. Most clubs have a lot more problems with dishonest dancers than with dishonest customers. If you have been a regular customer for a long time, the club manager will probably believe you.
  2. Does anybody have any information about this listing https://www.leolist.cc/personals/female-escorts/south-eastern-ontario/ottawa_xxx_brunette_bombshell_xxx_sammie-6098489 Can anybody confirm that this a genuine escort and not a scam?
  3. I have been staying home also. My impression is that some of the dancers are staying home also, and that the rules at the clubs are more restrictive. Under any circumstances, fewer dancers and stricter rules makes the clubs seem less fun. In addition, those who do go to the clubs may be putting themselves at higher risk of infection than those who stay home. So there are a lot of reasons not to go, but I can understand that many people are tired of staying home and want to go out and have some fun once in a while. Like Philmore, I don't really miss going to clubs. It seems to me like the strip club scene in Ottawa has gone downhill a bit in the past few years. Maybe it's partly just that I have changed, but some of the clubs have closed and others have come under new management and somehow the clubs don't seem to be quite as good as they used to be. Nonetheless, it would be nice for the COVID-19 pandemic to finish so the clubs could at least get back to the way they were before COVID-19.
  4. Today the province of Quebec introduced some new rules for bars to try to reduce the spread of COVID-19. One of the rules is "no dancing". I wonder if there will still be women moving rhythmically on stage, at customer tables, or in the CR as music plays?
  5. Thanks to all of you who replied. Are there any days of the week that are best for daytime at Pigale?
  6. If I feel like going to a club in the daytime, which club(s) and which day(s) would you recommend?
  7. I just found out Phoenix will be working at Nuden: probably evenings Wed, Thu, Fri .
  8. Phoenix hasn't yet found a club in Ottawa/Gatineau where she wants to work since Barb's closed. I think she sometimes dances in Montreal, but I don't know the name of the club.
  9. I actually heard Camila is at Pigale this week but will be leaving on Friday.
  10. I think Camila is out of town for a while. I hope she will come back before too long.
  11. It is human nature to complain about changes that we don't like. Nonetheless, I am sure we all have things to be thankful for. As customers, we should be thankful there are several good clubs in the Ottawa/Gatineau area, the price of private dances has been the same for at least the last 15 years, and we have the freedom and the financial ability to choose to go the clubs we prefer. Owners who run their club well will make good profit, for which they should be thankful. Dancing is a tough way to make a living for sure! But compared to a lot of other jobs, it can provide decent money, it provides tremendous flexibility of schedule, and it is one of the few jobs where it is quite acceptable to consume alcohol while working. As for me, if I feel like going to Barefax I am not going to be deterred by the $5 upstairs fee. What matters is how much I enjoy the club.
  12. I met a dancer names Steph at Barb's a couple of weeks ago. Very nice young woman. Good conversationalist and very satisfying in CR.
  13. It's not fair to assume that all dancers have the same attitude towards customers or men in general. Each dancer is an individual with her own attitude. That said, there are a lot of dancers who have been treated very badly by one or more men in their private lives and there are plenty of customers at strip clubs who are disrespectful to dancers. Although it is not entirely fair, it is easy to understand how women who have been victimized by men could direct their anger towards men in general. I think that through conversation and interaction in the CR it is pretty easy to tell whether a dancer likes you as a person or just sees you as a person that she can extract money from. Also, if she tries to overcharge for the number of dances, it is a pretty good indicator of her attitude, at least to you if not customers/men in general.
  14. I went to Barb's last night. It had been a few months since my last visit. I was disappointed not to see Phoenix. Has anyone seen her there recently?
  15. Keisha is stunning - she has long legs, hard abs and a big natural rack, and very plush lips. Does anyone have experience with Brittany or Keisha? Additional Comments: Please ignore my previous post. I submitted by accident :icon_frown: I am wondering if anybody has seen a slim ebony dancer named Keisha at Barefax lately? As Juice posted a few years ago ... "Keisha is stunning - she has long legs, hard abs and a big natural rack, and very plush lips." She was working at Pigale last year but I have been to Pigale a few time this year and haven't seen her there. Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
  16. I went to Barb's for the first time in many, many years this evening. I couldn't stay for long, I was just killing a bit of time. I was very fortunate because after only a few minutes a lovely young dancer introduced herself. It was Phoenix. We talked a bit and went to the CR and I was very pleased. This was a much better experience than I remembered at Barb's from about 8 years ago, when I stopped going there. I plan to go back and see Phoenix.
  17. Mr Hugs and Kisses, When a dancer tries to over-charge you at Pigale or any other club I would suggest you pay the correct amount and if the dancer argues, you should say that you will report her to the manager for trying to over-charge you. The dancer will be afraid that the management will not allow them in the club if many customers complain about over charging. The management really does not want dancers to over-charge because it pisses off the customers and many will stop going to that club.
  18. I can't remember ever saying to myself 'there are too many dancers at this club tonight'. I think having lots of dancers in the club helps to bring in lots of customers, and the club makes money from each dancer because they pay a fee to be there and they consume alcohol and maybe food. So do the clubs really decide to limit the number of dancers? I think it was noted in an earlier post that at most clubs there is no limit on the number of white dancers. I can believe they try to manage the ratio of black dancers to white dancers, but I don't think it would hurt their business if they stopped doing that. They should just concentrate on having dancers that attract customers to the club and who don't cause trouble.
  19. The rule is horribly unfair. Customers like to see lots of dancers at the club, so why not just let all of the dancers in who want to be there? If the club is worried about some dancers causing trouble, they should judge based on how the dancer behaves at the club, not based on the colour of their skin. There are just as many white dancers who cause trouble as any other colour.
  20. Has anyone seen Keisha at the club lately? She is a slim ebony dancer and she works nights, usually Wed to Sat.
  21. Has anybody seen Keisha, the slim ebony girl, lately?
