There's been many different girls working under the name Sexi lexi, with that being said it does look like the 0595 lexi although the hair is much lighter. Could have dyed it i guess. She always used real pics before, she just removed some things that could identify her). If it's a random saying she used to use that number, it's gotta be a safety concern. I messaged her and she remembered my name (this Lyla handle) by my number and from my previous meet ups with her… no prompting or even mentioned Lyla and she remembered me so unless it’s a rando with access to her old contacts… then I think it’s safe to say it’s really her..
