There's a contact admins option in the menu but I've done it more than once and never hear anything. I had a review I posted back in the summer which never saw the light of day and there was no reason for that. I've made other requests or asked questions and nothing. I mean if you start disobeying all the rules you'll eventually wrack up enough warnings I assume they'll remove your account and ban you.
