Things you Couldn't Live Without

Recommended Posts

List off some of the things that you know you couldn't go without and bring on the sillyness and laughter.

Mine are:

-my cell phone (especially now that i have a texting and data plan!)

-bad tv shows, and good ones too

- my beautiful friends

-the internet

What are yours?

My Cell! I sleep with it in my right hand over my heart.

Short shorts! I wear them all year long... Just not outside in some seasons.

Cerb! I spend way way way too much time on here.

Almond milk! To steal a catchphrase from another product, I put that shit on everything.

Astroglide! Not gross or slimey and thankfully I am not allergic to it.

First my family and friends

My cell phone

Music

Myself

Poutine

My morning coffee

The ladies here during my stay as a member. They're my strength and support system during times that are challenging. As much as I value and appreciate the Gents, the emotional support I've received from the ladies is invaluable.

Things I thought I needed but gave up:

My microwave

My cable. Just cancelled it and will report back on that one.

I also want to add these two (no making fun of me allowed...)

Glee music and music videos (lol)

and Christmas music, particularly Michael Buble, Mariah Carey, Destiny's Child and Nsync's Christmas albums....

I'm so embarrassed and yet so proud that my musical preferences are so corny but I love them!

I'm going to assume that things like 'vision' and 'the ability to walk' are just taken for granted here, unless all of you really do value your mobile phones more than those things.

Here are things I would rather not disappear:

-Swedish culture (ABBA, half my furniture, Dolph Lundgren, etc, I swear everything those people do is magic)

-my swimming pool (I use that thing like 3 times a week)

-chocolate (I'm a Lindt man counting down to the post-Christmas sales)

-beer (not American beer, the world would be better off without American beer)

-my George Foreman grill (these should just come standard in houses)

Except for the first one, everything else is in no order

My morning cup of coffee...can't post till my first cup, learned that the hard way LOL

My Family and Friends

Computer/Internet/EMail

Cell Phone

CERB, not just the site, but the community, and the friends made here

The companionship on all levels, not just sexual, since embarking on this lifestyle (all ladies I've met I remember, not just their name, but the encounter and companionship they provided)

Fishing

My Cat...sounds silly, but he's family

Hate to say it, but work...but in five years, retired :-)

Think that's about all, at least for now

Coffee. Anywhere. Any. TIME.

The written word. Books are an incredible.

Patience. There are way too many frickin' idiots out there.

Self control. Ibid on the idiots.

Boxer shorts. Bikini briefs crushed my junk.

Remote controls.

The final decree of divorce. Sometimes patience wears thin and self control wanes.

Lindi Ortega singing "Little Red Boots"

Pictures of 70's and 80's fashion. Never. do. that. again.

Thoughts of women, naked.

Laurence Fishburne. Only because I like his name.

Bacon. God's gift to man in the form of shredded pig.

Hmmmmmm. Lets see here:

- My family who support me even when I make mistakes

- Great friends and the awesome times I have with them

- The good health and spirits of both of the above

- A job that I can at least tolerate and have fun at

- Water, literally I need it to live, we all do so drink up!

- The little things that make life interesting, like an enjoyable conversation with a stranger you just met while riding the bus.

It was hard deciding on my number one thing out of all these things I couldn't do without, but I had to go with the obvious:

the Slap Chop

I would miss these.

Memory; I would hate to lose the the memories of this life, the mostly good as well as the not so mostly good.

Peanut Butter and Toast; We bonded early in life and have been almost inseparable.

My Left Hand; Because only he knows what my right hand is doing.

Sense of Humour; It makes life more fun and puts more fun in your life.

Memory; I don't chew my cabbage twice.
