    It seems pretty dead, only 1 ad since the new year for halifax. I know people are desperate to find an alternative to leolist but you have to realize that there's nothing unique about the leolist website itself that makes it shitty, its just a symptom of both the overall scam culture we are living in now as well as the fact that this industry is on the fringe of legality. There is zero incentive for any advertising website to police scams, in fact its to their detriment because they will make less revenue. Leolist has so many scams because that's where the traffic is, if people use another website instead the scams will follow. Similarly most of the legit providers are on leolist instead of the alternatives because that's where the traffic is. You might get lucky and find a hidden gem on one of these alternatives but the volume of ads is so low, and there's nothing stopping scammers from going on them either.

    Have any ladies or guys tried Ohmy.com? I have had a couple good experiences there. And I haven't experienced the B.S. that LL does to the ladies like doubling the advertising $$ ,so one of the ladies told me or scams from LL. Maybe check it out. Cheers

    Great idea! One thing I've noticed about Lyla, is lack of moderators. So, new providers cannot get verified, and can't advertise, except in the general discussion areas. Let's face it, the new owners dont want this site to be a successful advertising source. They want us to use their paid platforms.

    Rates for everything have gone up. I used to be able to rent a nice 2 bedroom for under $800. Now, I'm looking at double or more. Ad rates were a fraction of what they are now. Transportation has gone up. Hell, even a box of condoms are just under $40 now. Don't like the rates? Trying to get a strike going? Good luck. 😂 I remember the guys who complained that $200 was too much. The bitchin' and moaning grows old.

    Th problem with this is the ladies have no choice. Prime example, LL has doubled their ad $$, an SP told me . so the ladies are posting less and going on another site. Plus add insult to injury, I discovered Ll is creating most of the fake ads,using pictures from their other sites like Secret Benefits, Sugar Babies etccc, plus the Asian ones too ,posting as (Caucasian) scamming customers,and some others demanding deposits, then disappear. This unfortunately is all across the board. Been hearing these stories from others. Ladies, I feel for ya💙

    If an SP would rather charge $600 and see one client a day, rather than 3 clients at $250 each, honestly I can't say I blame them. I would probably prefer to use the same approach if I was an SP who could command it. Just $100 more for 3x the work? Nah. We aren't entitled to their bodies for a little bit of money. It is their body, their livelihood, their health, their time, their choice, etc. they can do what they want. Personally, I have no interest in seeing SPs with rates that high because at that price I can spend my money on other things. $700 can buy me a plane ticket to visit friends, or a full tank of oil to heat my house 30° until winter ends, or a gym membership for a year, things I can enjoy for a lot longer than an hour.

    I will start by saying I don't think we are supposed to discuss ladies pricing on here. Although I do agree I have gotten sticker shock looking at some of the prices ladies are asking for on Tryst. All I can say is there must be a market for their asking prices or they would be knocking them down to a more reasonable rate. I can afford the rates, but would never think of paying them. For the cost of seeing these providers 4 or 5 times a years you could book yourself a trip to Asia and see more beautiful women for a small fraction of the price. That would be my recommendation to do, but obviously if these gals are asking these prices there are enough people that are willing to pay them to keep them in business. Vote with your wallets.

    Dear providers & clients , I am here today to ask for your cooperation and support. As a provider , I am struggling to find a platform that is not only friendly to Sw , but also affordable. Lyla was once , not only the most popular board , but also the most positive place to share & connect. Since it died , what do we have ? We had Backpage , average affordable, but adds were flagged and scammers started ruining it for everyone. We had Kijiji that was not very sw friendly or popular. We have Terb , pricy and it became extremely hard to even post for providers without being flagged for self advertising or banned. I myself got banned. Twitter that turned to X and banned providers hard work promoting with over 10-20-50k Followers. I got my account banned , like so many other hard working providers. We got Tryst that is slowly starting to be somewhat kind of popular. But again , they take a our money to advertise. We got OIC , Bloom ect .. and …. We got here on Lyla [ FREE , SAFE ,SW FRIENDLY & already established ] If clients are browsing & providers posting , it will get alive again. So I am asking everyone to give it a chance. If you are a provider , please post …Start threads and support your peers. If you are a client , please scroll and see what’s offered here. Participate to conversations and be positive. It is great for new providers that are starting because this platform is full of information and resources. It is great for providers that will be posting here instead of paying ridiculous amount of money to other platforms taking advantage of their popularity. Let’s migrate to a better place.     Oh dear, here we go again The market wants a Mercedes for Honda pricing How can we remedy this? 🤦 I don't think that this small section of the Maritimes sticking together is going to make Mercedes lower their prices, I'm sorry ... It's not impossible, or they wouldn't be able to command such rates 🤷 There are lots of providers, at varying price points, if that's the determining factor for you
