As I already stated, 1 pic got hits from other places on tineye.com. You have to draw your own conclusions from that but it is unlikely that it is the same person from Las Vegas and Columbus. Always a red flag for me.

tineye.com is also a great resource. Copy and paste the url for an ad and it will bring up all the pictures. Click on the photo and it will search the web for the image and tell you where else it has been used. I usually use tineye and google image search before considering trying someone new. (One might miss something.) It at least rules out the lazy scammers who just rip off images from the web to make bogus ads.
