    Fellow CERBites (Ottawa and area), I also do not like being told by City Hall where I have to buy things to make their life easier and they still charge us for the service. Since the Ottawa program started, for the large bag in the green bin, I have been using the regular large paper bags used to collect leaves and other yard waste. I was worried about leakage and the paper becoming too soft and then breaking open. Ugh! However, collections are weekly and so far the workers have always taken the contents of the bin without any mishaps. Don't give up on the program Meg, simply outsmart the "system" and still do it your way!

    Whenever I meet with an SP/MP, whether it be for the first time or as a repeat appointment, I find it only courteous to commence with an interesting dialogue with the person. This breaks the ice, sets the mood and allows the two of us (or more!) to become a little better acquainted. I cannot simply step into a room, discretely deposit the gift and then disrobe to make out. Chatting, while engaging one's partner with eye contact and accompanied by light feathery caresses along the arms , legs or neck, is only a precursor of things to come. Conversation I find is a means of relaxing and starting to relate with your partner(s). It can be mundane, spicy, or sensually erotic with innuendos and double-entendres. We each experience life in totally different manners as compared to others. Having a dialogue allows a comparison of experiences, it sets at times a common ground for enjoyment and also helps to explain what it is we wish to experience during our time together. Mind reading is not yet an every day occurrence. We must talk!

    Well said Emma and Soleil. Making appointments in advance makes it much easier for both parties (or more) to be well prepared and at ease when the date/time arrives. It also allows you ladies to do the proper background checks with colleagues. At times schedules are fluid but nowadays appiontments can be fixed at least one to two weeks in advance. On the rare occasions that I have needed to cancel, I try and do so with at least three to four days notice, if not more. However, I always try and make it up to the lady by making a longer booking on the next appointment.

    Quite an interesting thread! Whenever I am reviewing an SP's CERB profile or her web site, it is to determine the type of services that are provided and what she is comfortable or uncomfortable doing. I fully understand the need for the ladies to have different rates for incall on their home turf or an incall when thay are on the road and have to incur travel, accommodation, meals and other business expenses. We certainly do not want the ladies to be out of pocket! I much prefer the one price, all inclusive approach. I can only imagine that there would be nothing more frustrating than to be well into a hot session and making whoopee when you hear the ka-ching within your partner's voice when she sexily murmurs: if you want to do that dear there is an extra charge. Talk about a mood altering scenario!! As long as I know what the lady prefers (or what is not acceptable) and what the rate is before making a booking, then I have no problems. It is when things change in mid-stream (so to speak) that the frustration sets in.
