  1. Ghost Story by Sting. I must have loved you.
  2. charcoal grilled steak... and probably some sausages as well
  3. I've also mentioned this under best compliments ever... My highlight was my first overnight adventure. I drove her to Niagara on the lake including wine tasting, dinner, a show at the Shaw festival (Me and My Girl), drinking wine, music with her singing and me playing guitar, admiring the lake from our hotel balcony, some art, some poetry, a threesome with a friend of hers who arrived at 3am, and more wine. But not enough wine and they called room service to see if she could get more wine, but apparently that's not possible at 5 am in Canada. The one thing we didn't do is actually "sleep" together, I passed out on the bed a bit after 6 am as the ladies were admiring the sun rise, and woke up at 9 to find the two ladies had past out on the sofa. My girl then woke up, realized it had gotten cold and scurried into bed with me for warmth. It was soooo much fun.
  4. On Thursday I had my first overnight with a lady. I drove her to Niagara on the lake including wine tasting, dinner, a show at the Shaw festival (Me and My Girl), drinking wine, music with her singing and me playing guitar, admiring the lake from our hotel balcony, some art, some poetry, then at 3 am she called up a friend (also an SP) for a threesome thus checking off a second item on my bucket list. All in all, a fantastic time for me. After dropping her off at home, I messaged her later that day to thank her... She replied, "No. Thank you. Soooo frikkin awesome."
  5. Driving my wife and (adult) children to the airport so they can fly off to Punta Cana. For a week. Without me. Yippee!!!
  6. groceries... eggs, milk, cheese, juice, and 3 corn cobs
  7. Silence... or more precisely, the sound of silence
  8. That's funny, I've never experience a lady who was possessive. Though recently I was chatting with a lady who've I've been seeing for 5 years who is very pro marriage... she is my relationship counsellors... she'd actually make a great marriage counsellor, lol... anyway, I was saying something to her about my wife and she said to me in a very gentle manner while putting a condom on me, that perhaps we should stop talking about my wife for a while. LOL.

    First kiss...

In high school I knew a girl how had been a friend since grade 7, popping in and out of my life at odd times, usually on her red bicycle, but it was not until late in high school that I asked her out for a date. As I recall we had dinner of salmon stakes at a restaurant and then biked home... I recall my light shining on her ass all the way to her house. I can't recall all the details, but she said goodnight, in her doorway and we kissed. on the lips. I recall thinking that it was like a goldfish opening and closing her mouth. It was nice and intimate, but also really funny.
  10. Got up early this morning to catch a plane to Chicago and then onto Portland Oregon for a 2 day work related conference. Had to fight early rush hour traffic to get to the airport by 8:20. Got my boarding passes, went through customs, and security and onto the plane. The plane left the gate a little late and then had weather related delays for an hour. At this point the other planes that were in front of us started taking off, but not our plane... our apparently was having some mechanical problems. They fixed it, and proceeded down towards the runway, and then stopped and announced the problem was back. After a further 15 minutes they announced they were returning to the gate to work on the problem. At this point they gave us the option of exiting, but said if we did, we would have to go through customs, collect our bags and then rebook etc. on another flight... so we stayed... hoping... They rebooted the system etc., but to no avail and finally cancelled the flight. I then exited, went through Canadian customs, collected my bags, and stood in line for an hour at which point I found out there was no way to get to Portland today, and its only a 2 day conference, so I asked if I could just cancel the entire trip... and I did that... I then had to drive home through rush hour Toronto traffic. So I'm home, feeling jet lagged even though I didn't go anywhere.
  11. 4 litres of milk. oh and a hair cut
  12. An amazing song about communication problems... love what they do with the telephone chord.
  13. BBQ at my daughter place in Toronto... on her roof top patio... I suspect it will be very hot up there.
  14. take a side trip to the flower pots... fantastic... always wanted to watch the tide come in (from up at the top that is)... but so far I've only been there at low tide. My daughter (6 at the time) was terrified about the tide suddenly coming in after I showed her where the high water mark was.... way up above our heads.
  15. Also Billy Joel, but the Piano man because of friend of mine is taking up piano to help him with his mood issues. I was visiting my daughter in Toronto and her BF is a music perfectionist and they have vinyl records. She put this song on, and I realized I had never actually noticed the mandolin that plays in the song... and it was soo beautiful... so maybe there is something to said for vinyl.
  16. I texted a lady who I've known for 5 years, to wish her happy travels because I know she's headed to Europe... and apparently she had enough time today to see me... and we had a wonderful afternoon. The funny thing is she retired last fall... lol... and I swear she's actually gotten better at it; more creative; didn't think that was possible. AS I was leaving she told me she might still be there next week because her travels have been delayed (on and on a standby ticket), but unfortunately, I'm heading to a conference on the other side of the country next week... but will hopefully see her again when we get back from out various travels.
  17. Todays highlight was going to Kingston to work out some data related issues with my assistant in that city. A productive afternoon.
  18. In the woods in a local conservation park (1985)... Mosquitos were a bit of a problem.
  19. home made deep dish pizza loaded with zucchini, olives, anchovies, sausage, salami, oregono, basil, peppers, and three types of cheese. Served with a salad and baco noir wine from Rief in Niagara.
  20. Last month a woman who I've know for 5 years who retired last fall. Texted me thank you responding to a message I had sent 2 months earlier wishing her happy Easter. After an exchange of several text messages she invited me over to her home... apparently coming out of retirement... for me. Then I saw her again a week later and it just happened to be the 5th anniversary of when I first saw her, but neither of us had any idea until later.
  21. The Salesman... and Iranian film about a couple who are actors, whose wife is assaulted in their new apartment. Its good if you like subtitles. But you have to watch it carefully to understand the story.
  22. a hotel room related to my recent highlight of the day...
  23. As noted on Monday my son's finally has a car... FREEDOM. Today's road trip actually lasted 7 hours involving traffic, an art gallery, photographs in a forest (with two DSLR cameras), an early dinner, a hotel, a bottle of good wine, and some singing along to the stereo... other than the traffic... it was amazing. This song describes my feelings today, lol.
