  1. Get a cheap pay as you go phone from Petro Canada or 7-Eleven. Don't play games with app numbers, most ladies don't like them.
  2. Stolen pictures unfortunately. Pics are from an instagram account "alexadntcare".
  3. I went to Mexico this winter for a week with a lady. We had a terrific time, maybe the best week of my life to be honest. We knew each other very well and had been seeing each other for years beforehand. Being with someone for a week is a whole lot different than a few hours. Make sure you are compatible in every way possible. If you are sixty and want to spend most of your time relaxing do not take a twenty year old hottie who wants to party, jet ski and parasail. How much do you each plan on drinking? All inclusives bring out the booze hound in some people. Do you know her real name and details? Mexican customs or the hotel staff may ask the two of you questions, not likely but it happens. Mexico can be very conservative in some parts. Some resorts are party central and others, especially five star ones are definitely not. The place we were in ejected a couple of French tourists who kept swimming in the pool topless or even naked.
  4. One of my friends, a newbie to this, has had two ladies run off with his cash recently. Maybe that's a Winnipeg thing that outsiders don't understand. Be careful who you are dealing with and stick with known, reviewed ladies. I stick to the same ladies and pay before, during or after. No big deal, we have mutual trust. With touring ladies paying in advance secures a spot.
  5. Nicolette congratulations. I have been on low carb ever since reading Wheat Belly. Now if I have a slip up and binge on carbs I feel terrible, much like a hangover. Very good motivation not to slip up for sure. I weigh myself daily and any ill effects from eating junk are readily apparent. Some things like muffins make me bloat and feel lousy. I measure myself every Sunday morning. To store gram of carbohydrate your body needs three to five grams of water. Eating a hundred grams of carbs can add four hundred grams of bodyweight.
  6. Glad you found out. Someone skimmed my debit card to the tune of $1200. I never let anyone touch it, or my credit cards, now.
  7. All stolen pictures, save that phone number for your 'scammers' file. WHOA just noticed the 587 area code!! There's scammers from there who want your credit info. A girl asks you for you info to secure a booking. Well, there is no girl and you aren't meeting anyone. It's just to get your info.
  8. Maybe edit your post so it says WWW dot digits dot me. Clicking on an active link might cause trouble if it is spyware, malware or virus. The suffix dot me is for Montenegro and that doesn't sound legit at all. Someone you give your card to is skimming it and selling your info, likely along with hundreds of others. It could be a taxi, a restaurant or small store. Never let your card out of your sight, and never let someone run it through two separate readers, even if they claim "this one isn't working". The second reader scam collects information from cards and sells it. Very very common in restaurants where people foolishly give waiters their cards and then the waiter has all kinds of time to play with them.
  9. Escorts is no big deal and might have been dealt with. That's just newspaper sensationalism. Improper use of police records is a HUGE issue. Dollars to donuts that is why he got suspended. There are many cases of cops looking up information for criminal associates. Montreal cops have provided the mafia and bikers with detailed information on rivals that could be fatal. This guy has looked up info on almost a hundred people. Some of them were escorts, some were escort's customers, others were co-workers of people he had grudges against. Trying to dig up dirt on a Crown Attorney shows he is not smart at all...who'd have thought that would come back at you eh?
  10. Six morning weight sessions and two evening leg sessions. I have my own setup at home. I use a Smith machine so I can do heavy squats, bench presses and standing calf extensions safely without a spotter. I rarely go to actual gyms because there are too many people mucking about. Bicycle to work as much as possible at moderate fat burning pace. Moderate cardio after weights is perfect for me, glycogen stores are depleted so fat gets burned as long as the heart rate stays in the right zone. A few recent papers that have been published suggest: -Carbs, not fat, are the main contributor to obesity -Training by heart rate is better for fat burning than high intensity -high intensity intervals do not increase long term metabolism (intervals do have a purpose but it is not weight loss) -Consistency is everything. Don't knock yourself out every Saturday. Do a bit every day. Edited to clarify: high intensity intervals will not make you burn fat for hours after your workout. This is a myth, it sells books to those looking for a quick fix. It is not supported by any research.
  11. That is a very good idea and hopefully someone can make it work.
  12. Lithuania sees Putin invading Ukraine and has a right to be worried. Latvia and Estonia are also openly takung defensive actions. As for front line actions, if you haven't tried it STFU.
  13. Good grief man you wouldn't know a thing about the project let alone what any of the women thought, or what they did on the mission. First, the shirt was a gift from his girlfriend, second, nobody on the team was offended by the shirt, third, many female team members were offended because nobody in the media talked to them about their scientific or engineering contributions. All the media wanted to do was talk about the frikknshirt. On science forums he got lots of support from women as well as men. Boards like this where nobody knows the guy, the people he works with, or anything about the group dynamics, you can't criticise him because we know too little.
  14. Overnight two times the hourly rate? That's so out of whack it makes...well I don't have anything else. It's just irrelevant to the real world.
  15. You are obviously not a front line soldier. I was one. I don't want to see any of them killed, male or female.
  16. Wow you hit a whole bunch of raw nerves of mine with that post. First I have to say the workplace is a terrific example. We had two religious zealots retire who used to annoy everyone and yes they were very disruptive. Probably the most ignorant pair of people I have ever seen and the biggest hypocrites to boot. We have a big Christmas dinner at work and everyone donates money, two of the ladies organise it and do all the cooking and prep. The two religious guys did not want participate and lectured us that we should not be celebrating because we were being materialistic...their argument made no sense. It didn't stop them from sneaking into the conference room and stealing food! We nearly had a fistfight break out! Since Christmas until they just recently quit it has been hell here. The other thing was Re scientist: my dad worked at NRC and it really sucked under the Tories. He said there was enormous pressure and they had a steady stream of ignorant and abusive Members of Parliament visiting them and talking down to them as if they were welfare bums. Literally saying things like you're not doing anything useful to a guy who had been working on something for twenty years and had a worldwide reputation. That guy had a visit from a parliamentary secretary who was too uneducated to understand the point of the research so his funding was stopped. I knew a lot of my dad's friends and these were men and women with doctorates and members of the Physical Society, etc, many of them said a wrong thing to a political staffer and suddenly their funding stopped. Nobody is willing to speak out about it because they don't want to be next. I could give names and the work they are doing but that would be like denouncing someone in Stalinist Russia.
  17. Love it. :) My favourite is The House on Saturday morning. I love hearing M P 's and Senators put on the spot. They are hilarious when they try to avoid the truth. A few have exposed themselves as true scum. It annoys me that debate has stopped in Parliament. The Tories rarely answer a direct question, and instead they respond with "speaking points" which may be irrelevant. We will see a lot of this in the campaign now starting. Same thing on most news programs about politics, instead of debate we see people ranting about their own agenda and disregarding the topic at hand. Or sticking to a party line that they know is factually incorrect, but the speaker adheres to for ideological reasons.
  18. It is important to remember that scientific ability or intelligence is no measure of character. Plenty of brilliant people are outright jerks. Plenty of not so bright people are wonderful and kind hearted. Watson, one of the discoverers of DNA was a totally disgusting person, but got a Nobel Prize and is highly thought of by many.
  19. If someone wants to believe in an idea that is really stupid they do not deserve tolerance. Lots of stupid ideas out there that only continue to exist because they are "delicate". It is a shame that debate is not taught in school, or considered a sport as important as football. Instead of teaching students to play silly children's games they should be teaching them critical thinking.
  20. The worst thing is when people send out mass emails and put "all" in the address. Get email at work from "xxxbustyladiesxxx" Oh yeah very funny. Always have all hobby stuff on my tablet now with it's own specific email and isp. Used to get cold calls and sexts from ladies too, that's why I stick with a couple of professionals who understand discretion. I hope my stupid mistakes save you from learning the hard way. LOL
  21. Read the ads of some of the highly regarded ladies here, see how they express themselves. They can make themselves understood without being too explicit. There are lots of code words and euphemisms but you will learn them quickly.
  22. Victoriajolie has a pic like that. :)
  23. One of the sexiest pictures I've seen was Brittany Andrews at sunset, waist deep in a lake wearing a wet T-shirt. Wish I had copied it.
  24. Have you looked at any po r n videos? If you could print off an image from one of them someone at a MAC kiosk (usually inside Bay stores) could help you out. All the ladies at those places look kind of "dramatic" to me. No need to say it is for a session, just say it's for a costume party or cosplay. The best and most knowledgable makeup artists in Winnipeg are at Shopper's Drug Mart. A few stores have a "Beauty Boutique" and carry the more exclusive lines and have better staff. I spend about $300 a month there with my sweetie.
