  1. See this thread in the "Warnings" section. 99% sure it's the girl you mention (She changes her titles a little). By the way, you can post BP links...makes it easier for all. :) http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=177188
  2. Emily's post reminded me of something that I should have said... I think it's important, too, to keep it light and have some fun. I enjoy seeing the serious tweets, of course, but I'm there to have some fun and laughs for the most part. I mean my life it rather normal in the grand scheme of things, so my tweets tend to be of the "smartass" variety..lol.
  3. Honestly? All of the above. I think a good mix of all the "sides" of a person (escorts in this case) is what keeps me engaged. Of course, one doesn't need to expose more of themselves than they wish, but a steady stream of "I'm available at _____" isn't going to be keep me engaged. There needs to be a balance. I can understand why some choose not to use Social Media. Outside of my "CERB LIFE", I rarely use it now. I've found Social Media useful only if I have a singular purpose in mind. Our lifestyle here, as an example, or some other hobby or interest. Otherwise, things get far "too loud" and confusing when trying to take everything in on every subject. Not sure if that makes sense???
  4. Yep. Happy Mom's Day to all the mothers! :)
  5. Back in my school days, every girl I knew (and I think that guy from Chem lab) was having the same dream. ;)
  6. While I won't judge anyone, I'll add my own personal thoughts: This is just something I simply would never do. For one, I would feel too much guilt in the act. It would be crossing way over a line...for me. Two, one of the main benefits of this "hobby" for me is the escape. For an hour (or more, or less), I'm able to leave my daily life behind. Inviting someone into my home simply wouldn't allow for that escape.
  7. Waiting all week for a call from medical folks who said they'd almost certainly be able to see a family member this week. Will need to travel. So, this entire week I've been stuck in a holding pattern and it's been mentally exhausting.
  8. The first link reminded of this: I don't watch the show, but stumbled upon this months ago and was blown away by this 13 year old. Not sure what she's doing now, hopefully something amazing. :)
  9. Sad :( I remember reading his books in (and out of) school when I was young. He was a great talent.
  10. Thanks, Sophia. :) Absolutely, if it was photography, It would need to be a wide range of services to the public. In the best of times, it's a tough business. One of the reasons I didn't pursue it to begin with and kept it as a hobby at the time. I'm considering a handful of things that have nothing to do with this industry of course, but was also interested to hear if there's something lacking that providers were really looking for.
  11. So, I'm going through some career changes, and while I'm uncertain where they'll lead, a little entrepreneurial (damn, I had to look up the spelling on that one) spirit is taking hold. With that said: Is there a professional service, online or otherwise, that you wished existed or could be improved upon if already existing? Anything at all... I am an amateur photographer and considering that, but since I've only been landscape/pets/still life up to this point, I have some boudoir/portrait experience to get before that becomes viable. Anyway, I'm just interested in any ideas you may have from your perspective. Nothing it too big or too small. PM me if you'd prefer. Hopefully it's OK to post something like this, If not I guess the MOD will take care of it. :) Thanks...
  12. Congrats. Meg! :) Looking forward to more wonderful posts for you. :)
  13. Just to add another thought here... The subject here has a lot to do with my personal, in particular the lack thereof, relationships in life. I'm very much a loner outside of a very small circle of friends and family, and this is largely because I've met so many who just aren't genuine. It's impossible to develop any type of relationship when that happens. So many seem to have their own agenda in life and tailor their interactions around that: "How do I need to act today, who do I need to be today, to get what I want?" That doesn't work for me. If I need to be someone I'm not to reach some goal, then that's a pretty hollow existence. And, I've given up on what many would think "a lot" by living that way, I think. I kinda expanded on the topic a bit and rambled (sorry Savannah) and could probable ramble more as it's a "grey" topic and not black and white, but to answer your question: Yes, while not always, I can usually spot the difference.
  14. Without question I'd want the SP to be the person she is most comfortable being with me and the world. Regardless of the person, in whatever areas of our life, I don't think we ever get to see the true person. We all have masks. But, sincerity has a way of breaking through those. I don't want to be on a stage and act when I'm with someone, or interacting online in it's many forms with them, so I certainly wouldn't want them to feel they need to. My 2 cents. :)
  15. The general advice I've seen in other threads like this, and it's common for good reason, is that most providers are "newbie" friendly. :) If a lady on CERB (and I'd recommend sticking with CERB for now) interests you, contact her and honestly let her know your situation and discuss it. I'm sure things will work out great.
  16. It's funny that this thread should pop up today as I was just thinking about my dreams. My dreams can range from just silly, to weird, to WTF?, to erotic. Lately, though, I've been having a fair amount of dreams that always seem to be set at my childhood home and include my father. I lost my dad rather suddenly to a nasty disease a few years ago, so I'm guessing (if they mean anything at all) that there are some loose ends to tie-up there. Anyway, interesting thread. :)
  17. I don't have much of importance to add to the thread, but... When I look to meet with a lady, and this is only me, I'm not really looking for services, or how those services are performed. I'm just looking to meet her and enjoy our time in whatever way she's most comfortable. But, I understand not all are like me, and I guess that's where issues start to come up. And for what it's worth, I haven't had a covered BJ in probably 20 years, but had one last week and if felt just as good. So....
  18. Absolutely nothing. Had plans to curl up with a good book, but found myself so brain-dead that I've been sitting at my desk all night doing this-and-that online. Right now: Just bouncing around CERB. Friday nights rock in my world, folks. Not for the faint of heart. ;)
  19. If just a photo of yourself, I would go with some of the more professional looking ones (like the one that's there now). You have a few up there now and probably an archive. :) But...why not consider something else? Something like a "collage". Your atmosphere at the spa location is an important part of the experience, so why not work that into the main photo? An artistically combined shot of your work area and a good photo of you?
  20. Email will always be my preferred option. Always. Like others have said, I despise talking on the phone (I actually just gave in over the last year and purchased my FIRST mobile phone). There's a couple of reasons for this, in my case: 1) It seems less intrusive. The provider can respond at their convenience. I consider myself a pretty considerate person, so I like that. 2) I'm shy by nature. 3) As has always been the case with me, I'm far more articulate with the written word than spoken. If I'm nervous, I can come across as completely idiotic on the phone...lol. So, long story short, I'm relieved when there is no phone number. ;)
  21. Well, my two cents: The overall design, as it is now, work for me. It's simple and easy to read. It's responsive (work well on mobile). The header could be cleaned up a bit: Navigation bar, image centered. I'd take a look at all your internal links to make sure they work and make sense: The "Read More" button on the home page doesn't. I think the big thing for any business website is that it not be static. Your "Comments" and "events" section seem to be unused. Maybe it's time to retire those? Perhaps think about adding new photos on a regular basis, or a simple blog or news section. Neither of these need to be updated every day, or week, but a little change every now and then keeps the site fresh and relevant. As for a complete redesign, I guess that's a cost vs benefit question that only you can answer. I'm unsure how important your site is to your presence or how it impacts your bottom line. Anyway, just a couple thoughts that came to mind as I looked at it again. And, all just my opinion. :)
  22. I can carry on a conversation with the most rugged sailor. No. Problem. At. All. However, I was brought up not to do so in certain situations. Public forums, such as this one, is one of them. So, you'll rarely see me drop an f-bomb on here or use blunt sexual expressions--I won't even do this in PMs unless I know you very well. But, I'm also laid back and have no issues with others speaking in whatever way they wish. Certainly not in ads (there's one person who posted in here whose ads I love...and they can be quite explicit.) It's going to come down to context for me: that decides whether I'm bothered by it or not. EDITING to say: What we're all here looking for, and offering, is as diverse as the personalities present. So, I guess it stands to reason that the language we encounter is going to be diverse as well....
  23. I don't think I'll ever get over the shyness, nervousness, for first time meetings. Most of it comes from not wanting to mistakenly, and innocently, do something that would make the lady uncomfortable. Yes, things are discussed (usually) before hand, but it's still very much like a first date. :) This site helps a lot, though. Not to pick on Sophia, but since she posted I'll use her as an example. I've been wanting to meet her for quite sometime, but haven't had the pleasure as of yet. If, and when, we finally do, I'll be more relaxed than usual because we've been interacting a fair amount on here. Anyway, thanks for the thread. Nice hear thoughts "from the other side". :)
  24. LOL. Yeah, I guess you're right. It kinda turned into a "Bitch-about-the-weather" thread, didn't it? I had nothing to do with it...lol.
