Remember, you can invest in Real Estate in other areas that you live in..... One thing that's interesting - a broker only requires a 5 day course. A hair dresser requires something like 3000 hours. So, why would we invest our life savings with someone who actually doesn't really care - they get their pay at the end of the week - even if they don't do well. Starting today, survivors of sexual assault living in the City of Toronto, the City of Ottawa, and the District of Thunder Bay will be able to receive up to four hours of free, confidential advice from a lawyer. The legal advice may be provided over the phone or in person. Eligible female and male survivors can access the program by filling out and submitting a voucher request form, available at ontario.ca/legaladvice. Women living in the City of Toronto also have the option to access the program directly through the Barbra Schlifer Commemorative Clinic. Helping ensure survivors of sexual assault are informed and supported is part of It's Never Okay - Ontario's Action Plan to Stop Sexual Violence and Harassment. The plan is helping change attitudes, improve supports for survivors and make workplaces and campuses safer and more responsive to complaints about sexual violence and harassment. I just went to a real estate investment seminar. You pay a fee for training, they show you how to find the wholesale real estate, loan you the money for a small percentage, and when you close, you pay that back. They also had a stock market section, and then a precious metals section. Great information. They were saying the average return on traditional investments is 3% - and were talking about 15-20% returns. Diversity is the key it seems - real estate, stocks, and precious metals. They have a great website for doing your own trades too, as brokers earn the reputation for making you broke er. However, I don't really have any real insight - just interesting that I went to this today and you brought this up.

Thats a tall order. A group of 20-25 guys, in the middle of the night. Hmm... I've arranged many group sessions. Typically it is easier if there is more then one SP. I don't know a single lady out there that would be willing to go into a room with 20-25 men. The risks are too high - so if you do get someone willing to do this, she is going to ensure she has her own security to keep her safe. As for the costs - I would typically have 1 girl per 2 guys - it keeps the ratios easy. The typical 2 hour session is the equivalent to a 1 hour duo. So its a great deal for the guys, and the girls feel it is worth it for them as well. So not sure what you feel is an appropriate amount (you are alluding that you will pay well, but don't want someone overcharging). This is an extreme speciality, that not everyone provides. I think the thought process is - if you see someone posting something that is nasty - instead of ignoring it, or worse, agreeing with it - do you say something? Do you call someone out if they have posted something that is potentially violent? Dangerous? Or, do you keep scrolling and do nothing? Again, I`m not referring to the comment `she wasn`t my cup of tea`. Its the comments like she`s a dog, she doesn`t deserve to be alive, she needs a shit kicking. I still remember a post - someone had commented on a really attractive lady who worked in a retail store. She did not work in the industry. Enough information was made available for people to figure out where she worked. Comments were being made "yes, she is really hot, I'd bone her" etc, which meant these guys were actually going to her workplace to check her out. The thread was eventually closed, and identifying information was deleted. However, I was horrified. Her safety was put in jeopardy, and of course, because she is not part of this industry, knew nothing about the increased interest in her. Of course, the ladies on the site could not comment on the thread. It was not about them, so therefore, they did not have a say in the matter. However, it did open my eyes to the ramifications of some that do not seem to understand the dangers they place others in by their inappropriate comments - and lack thereof.

The attack in Surrey was in fact an American Bull Dog - and not a pit bull. Yes the press keeps spreading this incorrect information - and people like you reguritate it. I could go through your other stats and show they are also incorrect, but quite frankly, I am tired of you not listening to what I am saying. One reported was in fact a jack russell/collie, another was a rottweiler/lab. The press only likes to grab headlines, and right now - its Pit Bulls - even if they are not in fact pit bulls. I get it - you don't like these dogs. However, if you are going to report facts - make sure they are correct.

It's interesting - female sexual assault victims are blamed all the time - "She should have done this, she shouldn't have done that". We don't know the specifics and the reality is, its much harder for men to go to the police to say they are a victim of crime. Lets keep the focus on the ones who did this. This place is well known for giving one handed massages - so the possibility exists that many were filmed without their knowledge. I'm surprised they didn't just have a camera installed instead of using a cell phone to videotape. However, it sounds to me, that this was a "mark" victim as the owner knew him from another business, and most likely saw an opportunity to make a move. The victim deserves our support.

The Erb boards are geared towards the hobbyists - they can pretty much say whatever they want. The ladies are not allowed to reply in most cases unless it is specifically about them AND they are a paying member. If not a paying member, they are not allowed to post - even if to clarify something. I've even seen it go as far as some guys telling ladies to go back to sucking someones ... and to shut their mouth. So, it can get pretty heated, and often its the lady who gets the infraction - even if last month she was a paying member, this month she isn't, so she has no say. So, for me, if I'm going to use the sites, its to post ads, and thats about it. They are not a fun place to be around, and I'm not much into the negative feeling on them. As far as whether I would screen someone out simply because they were a member on the site - I'd have to look at their posting history. I see some on the other boards as being quite crude, but over here, can be decent. So, I would made a decision on what they actually posted on the other board. If I even saw one posting where they bashed another lady - whether it is warranted or not - I doubt I would choose to see them. Sorry, but thats my take on it. Its one thing to say "didn't enjoy myself" vs "she's a skank that doesn't deserve to live". Paraphrasing of course, but thats the gist.

Simple Mehta, the owner of Simi Magic Spa on St. Anne's Road, is charged with extortion, procuring and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. The employee, Pam Sandu, 22, is charged with extortion, voyeurism, sexual assault and conspiracy to commit an indictable offence. Mehta has also been accused of enlisting another woman to "offer or provide sexual services," according to court documents. Police say a 29-year-old man, who was in a business relationship with 39-year-old Mehta, went to the spa on a business matter and was offered a massage by an employee while he waited for Mehta. Once he had prepared himself for the massage, the man was sexually assaulted and discovered he was being videotaped with a cellphone, police said. "At this point the victim was extorted out of a sum of money with the threat that the video recording would be released," police said. The man handed over "thousands" of dollars before going to police to report the incident, police spokesperson Const. Rob Carver said at a news conference. Asked if the assault was actually a sexual favour the man had agreed to, Carver said it doesn't appear he was under the impression "he was getting anything other than a regular massage." Carver also said police believe the man is likely not alone in being blackmailed in that way. "It is our understanding that there's certainly a potential there are other victims, and if anyone feels they have any connection, we'd like them to come forward for sure," he said. Asked if the police believe the incident was a "systemic" issue at Simi Magic Spa, Carver said "we believe that's the potential here, yes." "We had received information that had put this business on our radar, but we hadn't been able to move forward prior to this," he said. I'm going to weigh in on here. This is an issue close to my heart. The reality is, this is not an industry issue. This is a Society issue. It seems that everywhere we turn, this is the issue of Consent. Some feel that drugging, or putting someone in a state of intoxication, and they can get away with it, it's ok. We've seen the headlines - Society is outraged - the courts are weighing in. Justice is not being fulfilled. Victims are being raped - both men and women. However, there is a rape culture that exists, and the victim is always blamed That is my bottom line. So, to get back to this industry. There are those that willingly will provide a service at a price that is lower then the standard. That in reality is their choice. If they are comfortable with this - Kuidos to them. They are happy, doing what they want. More power to them. However, there are those that are providing something that they do not want to do. They feel pressured, they need to do whatever to make ends meet. Maybe they have a handler who is telling them they need to make $. dollars. Maybe they need to do something in order to pay their rent/food/smokes/drugs/bills-whatever it is. They have a dollar amount they need to make in order to survive. So they do whatever it takes to make this goal. This is subsistence living. This is what the media portrays it to be. We as a community need to draw a line in the sand and say no, I will not participate in this... However, there are so many that feel "they are somehow not the client that contributes to this". They somehow feel that "it can't hurt to ask", or "I'll see if she can give me something more then she advertises, for less then the general rates others quote". They think "I've scored - I need to tell my buddies". How many times have we as a Community seen someone post "I want to see an RMT that provides extras", or, "Hey, does Sally do more then..." I can't tell you the number of times I've had someone ask "I see Mary does x for $100, can you do this for $50?". Or, what can I get for $40, or even $20. Or, "I have $200, can I see you for 8 hours?", or "I don't like to use protection, so how much is it?" I couldn't care less - the reality is, I don't need the money, I'm doing fine without seeing someone. However, I grieve for some of my friends outside of this particular community. They work on the fringes, and do not have the luxury of working in a stable environment. They are feeling the pressure - they have bills to pay, mouths to feed. Yes, even drug dealers or handlers to pay. So the dredges of humanity keep them in the trenches. They know they can get away with this. They know they can get a rock bottom price for something that is truly special. However, I always am amazed when they then complain (on other boards of course), "her place was dirty, she smelled, she was disgusting, her boyfriend threatened me, she robbed me, she was a robot...she sucked". What do these people think? That somehow it would be a magical experience? The reality is - when someone asks for something that most value highly - and then decide that they want to undervalue it - it will never be a magical experience and will most likely be a horrifying experience. So, as a community, we need to draw a line in the sand. We've already decided that negotiating is never acceptable. If the provider is outside of the rate someone is comfortable with - move on. Don't complain - just move on. If you are looking for something who is willing to reduce their rates for you, - realize, you are probably supporting someone who is doing this for the wrong reasons. At the end of the day - is this what you want??? Help stop the whole rape culture - because this is my personal opinion. Those that choose to ask for more - or bargain for more - are part of the whole rape crisis that women are facing today. Yes - whores can be raped. It hurts just as much.
