It is still a very bad look to be rude over the forums. There are far better alternatives instead. Such as Dm the op and ask they remove the review. It says a lot about the overall experience you MAY possible have with the provider as a whole. I for one would deffinitly take it as a negative. And possible not reach out to boom at all.
