At 11PM. When I cook a very nice dinner for myself, go to answer the phone and come back to find my cat Gizmo with his face buried in my plate. roamingguy 300291 Report post Posted April 7, 2016 Went to get my plate permit yesterday...told it needs an etest WTF!!! Now the car was etested Dec 2014 when owned by a family member who since lost her licence due to medical reasons I took ownership of the car. As part of ownership needed to get a safety and etest done in Jan 2015 Then yesterday, 16 months and 6 days, told it needs another etest before I can get a sticker.
