I'm not sure if you've been keeping up, but according to reviews it seems like EB/TO mo longer employs the strict no FS policy. Many known FS providers have used EB/TO as a location as well. Not saying there aren't non-FS providers working there, but it seems like its not always the case now. Ownership has changed hands and thus rules have also changed, as I spoke with an attendant briefly about this on my last visit this weekend and shared to me in confidence.
