I think the why is fairly obvious. Getting confirmation that she is extremely hot and spectacular is a great starting point but, sharing information and promoting great SPs are what this site is about so, recommendations can provide more complete info. 
Recommendations can address accuracy of photos, communication style (quick or need to be patient), location (obviously not exact location but maybe hotel/private residence, part of town that you are comfortable with, maybe condition of location if it impacted your enjoyment of the session), quality of time spent, and maybe something about services offered (although ymmv but something about restrictions could be useful for us and the SP). If you had a great overall experience let us know so, we can learn and explore possibilities for ourselves. 
Good recommendations benefit us and also the SPs that deserve them!

I can’t comment on how hard it is to post in the reco section or barriers/delays by mods but, I assume if you are posting a true “recommendation” it will get there. Sorry to hear you’ve had trouble with that.

Man, you guys act like the majority of traveling ladies are not in the $500-600 range for an hour of GFE. And require a deposit, which is a non-starter.
