Part One: Business Plan I have developed what I believe will be the secret to success, and as you will note, the first document is the basic plan and the second document shows the more detailed operating procedure. - Part Two: Marketing and Advertising All successful businesses and all successful franchises require a solid advertising plan and I determined that it would be best to seek out employees who have a proven track record.
