Was under the impression that it was typical practice in many clubs in Montreal, but was unaware that the vile custom had migrated from the Sixth Republic to Ottawa establishments. It's been some time since I've attended in the evenings and into the night in any case. Can usually stroll into Barb's and secure my fave table on most occasions. Still a bit surprised, as Kilt Boy's post suggests this was happening during the afternoon hours. Btw KB, kudos to you for an SC immersion of truly epic (11 hours!) duration. ALL of the sides. Still, there didn't seem to be any kind of security or door personnel present until about 5. Maybe I made a faux pas by not tipping the manager. OH, WELL! She's got straight black hair (dyed), heavily tattooed with a sleeve on one arm and two small matching tattoos on each of her breast bones. She's got a nice hourglass figure and a really cute, round pixy-type face and is very personable. I'd say she's probably in her mid to late twenties. She was quite a bit of fun in the CR. She mentioned she started there around Canada Day so I don't think she's the same Chloe who was talked about in this thread a few years ago.
