The Littles are home today so I'm thinking chicken enchiladas with homemade tortillas :) I just discovered recently how easy tortillas are to make, and so much better than store-bought! I keep looking for excuses to make a batch.

I'm back on solid food today so I had some steamed vegetables and a small slice off a pork roast

I knew I forgot something....... I had to run out last evening soon as I got home and left the wife to fend for herself last night. Guess I forgot to fend for me when I got home

Homemade Guinness Stew with fresh Sweet Rolls. All from scratch.

And I'm fairly pleased how my first dip into making bread turned out.
