What is for supper tonight?

Recommended Posts

Well usually I am known for my elaborate meals, taking hours sometimes to prepare...

but tonight I find myself in my Studio STJ alone,

so It is precooked maple ribs and creaser salad lol....

of course as my usual self with a pinot griggo wine to sip:)

I have to admit, this smells wonderful!

If it's Thursday, it must be pizza night. So I'm having half all dressed, half Hawaiian. the Hawaiian part is not for me ;-) plus a side salad (gotta eat your greens!), and my old faithful rum&coke.

Just had my second burger on the grill this spring. This one was a real thick and juicy home made guy, with a mix of spices and onions ... and of course a side salad - you can never forget your greens! No dessert, I'm not really a dessert kind of guy but I do enjoy the sweetness of a lovely lady, hehehe

Macaroni and cheese...since water right now is off and even if on not potable it'll be premade microwavable M&C...not as good as homemade but any port in a storm as they say

My little Frat brother asked for ribs, so will be smoking some soon for him.

As for me, it will be Salmon because someone has been making me crave it all week!

And Franks Slammin Sriracha sauce over top

Definitely washed down with a cold no alcohol beer

It's such a lovely day, I think i'm going to head up to Little Italy and have something light & fresh on a nice terrace.

Salmon and I need to find a side dish. Watching the carbs. Can anyone suggest a vegetable that is 20 grams of carbs or less per serving that will go well with the salmon? Thanks a bunch!

I make great grilled vegetables but given what I put on then I am pretty sure they are way over 20 grams of carb.
