I think it's been discussed before, and very recently.

 

bp is like any other ad site. You can't automatically assume all ads are fake, or that all rates are cheap. Any savvy business minded sp is going to use any and all advertising sites that work, and bp is known by far more people and covers far more territory (and countries) than many other sites.

 

It is a paid site, not free, so keep in mind also that the person choosing to advertise there has spent money to do it.

 

Even so, you don't assume the advertising site itself is vetting or checking the sps for your safety, or even being a good match. If rates are the issue, believe me there are sps advertising on this site who have rates in all ranges as well. We don't assume that the lower rate advertisers here are scammers, but we assume that and worse about bp advertisers.

 

Even when many of the advertisers here (or similar sites) use bp to advertise on a regular basis, we are still all lumped together by both clients and sps who are too good for it I guess.

 

And yet everyone seems to know what quality of advertiser is on it, and how risky it must be to use it, even tho no one actually uses it?

 

But check this out: two years (or so ago), all of these kinds of comments and threads discussed CL (erotic services ads). At that time, bp was never mentioned as such a lowbrow advertising site. You'd think if it was a bad site for ads, that it would have always been a bad site for ads. But it wasn't, it's only since there's been no CL that all the advertisers are bad? Just to add to what Cristy said, yes you may have a budget, I do, we all do. My budget, well I can afford to have one encounter per month on disposable income. On occasion I may see a lady who I'd like to see for a longer period of time. Or maybe schedule a sleepover with her. Or, well an encounter that costs a higher amount than most encounters, for whatever reason. In those special cases I will save money for a period of time to afford those encounters.

Further to what Mod said: if you want pics displayed full size, you can set that up. Go to User Control Panel, choose "Edit Options" in the menu on the left, and then look for "The Image Resizer" (at the bottom of the "Thread Display Options" section). There's a bunch of options in the dropdown menu there; if you select "Keep original size" then that's what you'll get when you see posts. It may mean some page formatting gets a bit screwed up if people post very large images... but it saves having to click on them to see them.

From a provider standpoint ... If the ads didn't generate business then there wouldn't be the number of ads being posted. At the same time, it's a fairly inexpensive paid advertising venue.

 

It can be effective for some that want to quickly put up an ad while they are working and remove it after they are done for the day. They can have an ad up for a matter of hours, and removed with little trace of it, as opposed to having it placed for days, weeks or months.

 

I do know of a few providers that use the site to let their clientele know that they are available without the use of email or a website by placing ads to let regulars know to call.

 

With that said, elite or courtesan type services shouldn't be expected from an inexpensive ad that may, or may not, be 100% accurate. A lot of people will still come to sites such as CERB to discuss an ad's legitimacy and accuracy. This is because they want to make an informed decision.

When I started hobbying earlier this year, I began with an agency and then began to explore the BP options. I found BP to be a 50/50 chance of good service, real pictures and good times. Now, I stick to Cerb ladies and Cerb agencies.
