BP has a feature called auto post. You can determine to post "after" a certain time. Sometimes it is within 10 minutes of this time, sometimes longer. When posting a new ad, it generally posts about 15 minutes later.

Highly doubt they mail a receipt. I would just leave the key in the room or keep it and leave.

 

I would do what luckyme said above, don't go in together or leave, probably the easiest way honestly. Have her come a few mins after and then leave before you...None the wiser.
