Paraphrasing:a new study says girls as young as 13 are recruited in the thousands, and the handlers make 280k a year off each of them. All a rehash of the Joy Smith melodrama in her Senate presentation last week wrapped up as new. I expect better from the CBC. Honestly, if we look at history, does all of this remind anybody of our studies of Nazi Germany, circa 1936? The media is simply that...media, not news, not investigative reporting, simply spin doctors, saying things that will get them points, and points on the rating scale does not require real facts... Seriously, how many guys here are interested in teens? Posted via Mobile Device It'd be interesting to dig into the ownership of all Canadian media reporting on C-36, to see who really owns them and who influences them. I looked into Black Press, who owns many newspapers in BC/AB/USA, and they are owned and supported by conservative, evangelical Christians. Escorts haven't been allowed to post online ads in their classifieds (BCclassified.com) since they began operating online, although they still allow non-explicit print ads afaik. squirtingmilf 1982 Report post Posted October 19, 2014 I thought Harper and his cronies had some kind of deal going on with CBC earlier this year? I remember there was a big "stink on" about it, but I don't recall what happened. I'm not one for news or media on mainstream television at all. I just watch what I want to via recommendation from friends and colleagues and this bill and the FIPA deal with China is all I've been taking note of.
