I just visited a very great profile. In the interests it was filled out with what exactly the gent was looking for during an encounter. I think this is a great idea and should be included in this section on the hobbyist profile. This may also be a private matter between SP and Hobbyist and I understand that, for example I only discuss donation amounts during an inquiry and booking. That is private and between that person and I. What are your thoughts gents and SP's, should this section on the profile be used to let an SP know what the hobbyist is looking for in an SP and during an encounter? I think it would be very help and add to the experience of the encounter and if and SP does not offer what the hobbyist is looking for it would cut down on wasting time with bookings and searching. For example the SP could say "I viewed your profile and interests and I do or do not offer what you are looking for during an encounter". No time wasted with multiple PM's.

I do agree with you when you say having some details of the male members here would be helpful but having them list what they are looking for in an SP or from the experience may not be easy as even if they posted it, probably would not be accurate as IMO most men do not want always the same so that would either make it a very long list or they would have to constantly edit it depending on what they feel like on that particular day. I think the problem here comes from guys who actually consider research and 'spending' time reading ads and visiting profiles a waste of time. So let's say they include that info in their 'about me' tab ... How would a lady with those characteristics find them if he does not read an ad of hers, visit her profile and/or goes through her website if she happens to have one? That I guess depends on how a particular SP likes to do things. I personally don't consider PM's a waste of my time but a way to get to know the person I may soon meet or get a sense of someone who I would not like to spend time with in which case I politely explain I don't like the aproach and stop communicating with that person.

I am not sure this is a fair question and in particular in a public forum. Asking others to 'rate" between 2 ladies based on what they like as compared to what you like is, well impossible. Every gent has their preferences and every encounter, even with the same lady, can be unique. And not to speak for the ladies - but I can't imagine them wanting to be compared with each other like this. You might find by asking your question this way, neither will want to meet with you. My advice would be do your own research, communicate your general interests with both ladies, reading their reviews/posts...and then based on what you want, make your choice. I've had the pleasure of Olivia's company twice so far this past weekend. I can easily say, if her stay in Ottawa continued, I'd have broken every bank in town to spend more time with her. Well we've all admired many of the ladies creativity and style in creating their ads. Was talking with Satin and got thinking: What would a client ad look like? Same relationships/business just the notion that the guys could place an ad about what kind of client they are. ie on-time, great lover, big dick, pay tips, etc... Abit of a different twist but my question for the ladies is; If the gents had a client ad - what would you want to see?

I just modified mine, still indicates Smalltown Ontario but that I travel. As for interests, mine is more humorous. But when I initiate contact with a lady, I have read her profile, website, her posts on CERB (that's a good way to know if you will click), not to mention emails/pm's. So far it's worked for me RG

Thanks for posting this article WiT... it's always good to know when sex positive spaces, images, words, texts (etc) are being censored and for what reasons (as bogus as they are)... It's always the sign of a moral panic when people invoke 'the children' as a justification for censorship! I agree with the owner of Venus Envy that these kinds of images can open up a space for healthy dialogue about sexuality.

I would hope in this day and age there would be no BBFS, in my opinion. I would run like hell too if it was being offered RG. I have to say I've been asked and was like hell no and then kind of lectured the person asking. It was never mentioned during the booking process but during the deed, right before the POP. I was freaked the hell out and offended that someone would even ask and not value or respect my life or me as a person and I ended the encounter. "Finish yourself off" I said and please don't contact me again.

From a strictly work point of view, I love my job because I answer to no one, I work when I want to work, and I charge what I feel I'm worth! But I also love this job because it allows me to meet people I'd normally never come across in my day-to-day. I enjoy hearing other people's perspectives on things, which is partly why I spend so much time on CERB as well! I'm a bit of an anthropologist at heart--I like learning what makes people tick and what gets them off, and why. I also love my job because I'm doing something to help other people. Pleasure in and of itself is a worthwhile endeavour and I wish more people realized this. Not everyone falls within the margins of the erotically entitled, and for some, it is almost impossible for them to get themselves off without help(e.g. people with disabilities, various illnesses, etc). Just being able to be close to someone is a much needed service. We're social creatures! And of course, I really like sex!

I had a wonderful conversation with an SP and we were discussing the Ontario COA proceedings. She defined hobbyists in a clear, concise manner that I had never considered before. The term "John" implies someone who is intentionally anonymous to the SP. That's where the term John came from. The purchaser is never identified and if there is violence or issue, he is not held accountable because the SP cannot identify him. The term client is applicable to someone that initiates a business relationship with an SP, providing his name and information to verify who he is, thus allowing us to take precautionary steps to ensure our safety. I have always felt there is a huge difference between a client and a John, I simply never defined why. Her clarity was dead on. This article is offensive to me on every level. I don't know where they find these guys or what questions they asked to elicit such responses. cat

Exactly. Anyone can join cerb. Not everyone has the common sense or courtesy to be professional.
