In 1983 I was in grade 11 and told my folks I was going to the movies with some friends and we ended up at the Miss Valleyfield ( not there since mid 90's ). Still missing Hooters in Ottawa

I visited the Hooters on St-Laurent when it first open and was greeted by a wonderful waitress ( Bubbles was her name ) and had a business meal there, I agree the food was not that great but we had a nice waitress. The one thing that gave me trouble was that she wrote a note on the back of the receipt with her phone number and I never seen it until I gave the bill to my employer and was asked about it....
