  1. Wow! Can't argue with that logic! No wonder they think the orange toad is a genius.
  2. I do enjoy getting my... erm.... oil changed as well ๐Ÿ˜‰ Honestly I've never had an issue with the term hobbiest. It's tactful and subtle. If an outsider heard you say it, they wouldn't automatically know what you were referring to. "Client" is so clinical and "John" is so bad eighties cop drama. Besides, it kind of is my hobby. Not just the dates, but the research, this site, my Twitter feed, all of it. It keeps me occupied. And it's way more fun than stamp collecting ๐Ÿ˜‰ Motorcycles, guitar, and service providers. Those are my current hobbies. And I love them all!
  3. It's super hot actually ๐Ÿ˜‰
  4. It saddens me to hear this. I often see how many of you band together and support each other. It's one of the things I love about this industry. I guess there is always the less talked about dark side though. Keep taking the high road. Those of us who are paying attention respect you for it. Wishing you the best.
  5. Now that you mention it that does sound familiar lol. Either way I think we both have good taste. ;)
  6. Great lady. You always did have excellent taste Jane. ๐Ÿ˜‰
  7. Yup. I'd have skipped right past that one altogether. TGTBT is exactly it. That's experience though lol. I've wasted a lot of time over the years checking into ads like that. I just know what the outcome will be now. Can't blame him that it caught his eye though. That's what it was designed to do. Learning to image search will save a lot if time though, and make you less of a target for scams. Good luck
  8. Just don't believe in judging people. Walk a mile in their shoes and all that.... I won't personally be seeing anyone for a bit, but I understand how hard financially this has to be on so many of the ladies, and the hard decisions it's forcing them to make. The last thing they need is our judgement
  9. This doesn't really make sense. I don't see what price has to do with safety. Either people feel it is worth the risk to them to hobby or not. Not sure why saving a few bucks should ever impact anyone's personal risk management decisions. The supply/demand curve pricing model pretty much goes out the window for most people when safety is involved. There are however those who will try to take advantage of increasingly desperate people in all parts of our society during a crisis, but that isn't something we should ever encourage.
  10. Anyone else have images of Andy Kaufman in their heads after reading this thread? ๐Ÿ˜‰ Not meant to make fun of a desire. None of them are wrong if mutually consentual. I just think Kaufman was hilarious!
  11. This should help protect you ๐Ÿ˜‰
