I think that this is a greater fear for most people then the idea of going to hell. What if when we die, we...well...die? I think that this is the reason for most religions. They offer us an alternative to ceasing to exist. (Which is unimaginable for most). But if this truely is all we get... Don't waste it. Live your life to the fullest.

I'm pretty sure the fire and brimstone idea is wrong. In fact, I think hell is just the opposite. Hell is an eternal driveway filled with heavy snow that needs to be shoveled. Great link Mr. Nice. I've not used this one. The internet has certainly changed things. We used to sit there rewinding and replaying cassettes in order learn song lyrics, and we used to have to "figure out" on our own how to play a song (if we didn't want to go buy the sheet music.) Now, you just look it up. Congrats on the new guitar.

I'm still a bit skeptical about the whole moon landing thing. It's 2012, and we don't currently have the technology to go there. The last estimate I heard was that it will take us a decade to develop the technology needed to get there. Yet in 1969, when the US president had vowed to beat the Russians there, and to do so before the end of the decade........ Sounds fishy to me!
