I would like to nominate Catherine St. Clair . On my first trip to Ottawa I contacted her for advice regarding hotels and other advertising sites. I really knew very little. She was most patient, kind and helpful. Trips afterwards I was able to visit her home and was always made feel welcome and cared for. In 2012 I was involved in a fire where I lost everything I owed . She contacted me and invited me to see what she had in clothing to help. I don't want to embarrass her but never in my life had I seen such lovely clothing, accessories etc. . I went back to my hotel with outfits for any and all occasions. I still wear the Fry boots she gave me . Thank you Catherine . I will never forget that day and the many other ways you have shared so much with this very grateful woman.

Well I started maybe 15 years ago as a massage lady with happy returns. Then one day very long ago in the forest of Cathy I was pointed to then CERB. I opened an account and was Charmaine of Halifax. Be straight , this is who I am, my restrictions are not ever going to change . ( most respect you for this ) Weed the rule pushers , they serve you no good and may get worse . Be on time , treat your guest every time the best . I feel its better to cancel at least a day ahead if you are ill . If I can't do my best I don't offer myself. Your in call. Must be spotless , I mean hotel clean. You don't need fancy but clean is of paramount. Clean your cat litter every day . Guests hate the smell of a dirty box. No clutter , our guests don't want to see our stuff laying about . Its their time , make sure everything is perfect or as perfect as possible. No cats or dogs in site unless they are welcome . Clean and clean . always fresh clean towels soap, I have razers in case and mens deodorant, Clean your furniture . if a guy doesn't not have a cat he can't go home with a hairy butt. Have a lint roller just in case . This is important . I had trouble in my location but I cleared this up fast . Less is unacceptable . i guaranteed i was clean but it did take time . This is not for everyone I'm sure . I treat my guests the same way as I treat anyone else. I speak my mind , and can be considered too direct . You know exactly where you stand with me . This attracts the type who are seeking, playful conversation , longer dates and people with certain needs they may be shy in conveying . I'm non judgmental and tend to flow easily . But oh, if you make me cross I may give you a wife experience . 🙂 Seriously , be yourself , treat your gents with respect . it will come back to you many times over . You will get the odd one that is not right . He won't be back and hope that he finds someone more suitable . I don't advertise much unless I am going somewhere . People who really want you and are top shelf clients will hunt you down .I had someone recently that went away for 7 years and he came to visit . Hopefully this makes sense . If someone can't take a moment to introduce themselves I know its not likely to work. Or first question could be what are your rates and services ? When I ask for either a proper introduction or to call 80 percent don't call , end of story . I have been targeted on other boards for not answering each inquiry. One prince suggested I did not answer in a certain province because I was so busy getting slammed with c---. and I didn't have the manners to do so. I guess he didn't think about his one word or short one liner as the way to approach me . This is in spite that when I travel i have very easy contact guidelines. One person said i was a high flutten Ho , over the hill and too much trouble to see. Anyway..... he had seen me less than the year before 🙂 I'm sure it never occurred to him that his Hey, How much , I want to book now or do you do this or that is a delete. . Also I make no guarantees until we have met . Every person is different . I do promise this, inquiry nicely , tell me something about you , such as employment , perhaps a reference and a phone number I can call at an agreed time . If you try and follow my simple requests you will be treated as a Royal King . Its easy as pie and i will do my best to ensure you are a very happy man . 🙂 Long ago I would answer the heys, sup and other one word addresses. I tried to explain being nice and more forthcoming is the way to get a date. It never once helped so...... I gave up .

Ha Ha ,I have a pony tail and sometimes even pig tails . Fun to lightly tug and direct 😉 Currently my hair is green for an added fun change .

I used to get clothing , dress, lingerie requests and I kind of liked it . It was a small thing I could do and usually I had the requested item. These days I have noticed much less of that and am told to wear what is comfortable. I like dressing up , it makes me feel like I tried and also I feel a little sexier. Deep down I'm a Tomboy Betty and I embrace that side as well . Lots of visitors like the look so its a nice change. These guests like the casual look as it is more authentic for them . Makes sense . We don't spend a lot of time at home in high heels, stockings and garter belts. 🙂 I agree with Mark , conservation and a few laughs get the chemistry brewing and without conversation and some banter it can be a dull date. When I entertain at home I'm not busy and would far prefer some chat on the couch, I'm not concerned about being over time . Hey my overhead is low . 🙂 My way may not be for everyone but it works best for me . If I'm happy it means my guest is happy . We all approach our dates different and I am sure everyone has their special way to make the most of the time .

Well all my comments have to be approved prior to them being made public. Fine and dandy I accept that like all my knuckle wraps. I understand the rule if you don't have anything nice to say...... I will likely get in trouble for this. I admit I have put toes over the line . Sometimes I feel like this is Disneyland or some fantasy world. I guess if you speak the truth and its not nice you are wrong, wrong, wrong. I don't want to argue but life is not a fairytale. I have been told by very scared first timers that with in a hh all nerves are gone.I am a great conversationalist, kind of funny they say and it makes people feel relaxed. Also I present as the girl next door-and ask lots of questions before the date comes into play. . Put that information to work and before you know it my guest is completely relaxed and jitters at bay. I have lots of pre play activities to distract and my guest has ( almost ) forgotten the main goal of the visit. While I don't have a cookie cutter service i have enough experience to pull most jitters from 10 to at least 2.

For sure I'm available very early as long as I am certain you can make it!! As Melanie said night before notice . You know take the rollers out of our hair and such . 🙂

You are absolutely right mssexy, the valley is beautiful . Ladies who travel ought to take some time to enjoy alone time.Years ago when I first started to travel I always took at least a day to see the city , walk around and relax. I don't remember the last time I did that . I especially enjoyed walking in Ottawa . Now a days I hole up in my suite and just go to the gym for some exercise.It really made a difference and I enjoyed my time away so much more..I don't give a rats ass about being seen either so I have no excuse at all .
