The definition for "GFE" is so darn broad

The reason? It's obvious, the more out-of-town girls come in, the less money the local girls make, because the customers are then lured away. There's only so many customers, and when the market gets saturated, the local girls get less busy, less busy means less income, less income means more frustrations and jealousy and the need to drive away the competition.
