Each one of you who participate on this board just know exactly how to make a girl feel like a princess!

 

You all make a lady feel so appreciated and welcomed here:)

 

You are here for us when we need advice. When we need to laugh. When need to be assured about our way of life! You never make us feel dirty, or under-appreciated. Never have I been treated like a commodity with my CERB lovers. From my HEART I want to say Thank You!

Well I love all my gentlemen friends so I am just goint to pick thee for the following reasons.

 

mrrnice2 becasue he is always there for me, no matter what.

 

Lee Richards, 100 percent of the time he is funny and makes my laugh.

 

hfxandy, he is wise beyond his years and has a funny way of "catching" me being bad!!

 

stevecurious, straight forward and no BS. He tells it like it is and I appreciate that in a person.

There are many that deserve a mention but the two that truly deserve a mentioin here are...

Old Dog for his humor, his sharp wit and his constant genuine support of the community here in the Ottawa area. He is a master of the "all are welcome" attitute and he always has a willing ear held up by a strong shoulder when a girl needs one...

Cowboy Kenny who has consistently supported the members of our online community, both SP and hobbyist. His sharp eye, constant diligence and willingness to help complete strangers has made him many followers and friends...

I don't know if there is any affiliation with other forums that focus on other cities, but I've noticed a stark difference between the posts there and here. It was by pure geographical coincidence that I happened to check out Cerb first, and it has been a learning experience to read what others have gone through. However, when I ventured on to other websites, I noticed two mark differences that are big let downs.

 

1) The tolerance for stupidity, rudeness and negativity was beyond high. Members were getting away with being downright sexist, insulting, and made me feel icky thinking that I partook in the same 'hobby' as them.

 

2) This tolerance of madness also seem to have led to incredibly low participation among the SPs. With the exception of advertising, it seems to be a hostile environment for the SPs. They in turn have one of two options. Suck it up, as to not harm potential business, or speak out, and run the risk of looking bitchy to possible clients.

 

Both problems don't exist on this forum, and I am so thankful to Mod for that. Granted, Cerb has it's share of drama from time to time, but the anonymity of the internet seems to bring out the crazy of people. And while I am grateful for the gentlemen here, I think for enforcing, and fostering the environment that we have on Cerb, I am so happy for the work Mod has put in.

 

 

And it would be remiss of me to forget Cowboy Kenny. With his time and dedication to help us men (and some women), he not only helps clients from being duped, but prevents SPs from fighting an ever increasing PR battle to prove that they are legitimate, hard working, honest individuals.

 

 

After typing this, I realized I just echoed LeeRichard's sentiment!

I have already mentioned Porthos in this thread. But something recently happened that really meant alot to me!

 

During the past few days, my dog was very very sick! I thought perhaps we would need operation. ( not 100% sure yet, today will tell). Naturally I was very upset over this!

 

Porthos took the time every day, sometimes 3-4 times a day to inquire on how I was dealing with all of this. Offered suggestions and was so supportive for me:) He made sure I knew I wasn't all alone and I had a friend to lean on! Times like these, I really appreciate having a friend like you!

 

Thanks to everyone else, like Tokan ,Hockey, Bigdawg, Rowdy. Thanks for being kind to me, and caring for my little poodle! Much love to you all!
