Went to the Mongolian Hot Pot, which is like an AYCE fondue, you get a pot with a nice spicy broth and then you go fill up your plate with meat, seafood, meatballs and vegetables and bring it back to your hot plate, where you cook your own meal, dipping your meat in different type of sauces, yummy :)

Plain rice, some home made chicken broth, Gatorade, and some water. Food poisoning takes the fun out of eating :(

Nothing fancy, but my kind of meal. Hot roast beef sandwich with fries and tomato from my garden on the side. I don't eat desserts.

Wild sockeye salmon filets.

Butter the inside of a sheet of aluminum foil, put the fillets on the foil. Sprinkle with dill and pepper, put slices of lemon and lime on top, and a bit of butter. Wrap the foil up and put in a 350 degree oven for 8 minutes.

Serve with sauted mix medley of vegetables

Washed down with water
