Ice4fun 78396 Report post Posted March 15, 2015 Had a great beef tenderloin topped with BBQ spiced pulled pork served with Dauphenois Potato with parmesan, wild berry reduction and lemon scented vegetables... for desert Newfoundland chocolate trifle... this was all at a Gala Dinner and Auction for John and Jane Crosbie... to raise money for Hope Air and Salvation Army homelessness initiative. Great event that had Rex Murphy, Brian Tobin, Joe Clark, Maureen Mcteer and Jean Chretian as speakers and is expected to raise about $250,000 for two great causes. JoyfulC 132299 Report post Posted March 15, 2015 We tossed a package of chopped spinach into some mac & cheese recently. It was so good, we had it again two nights later. I'm thinking of making this version later today, although it actually uses spaghetti instead of elbow macaroni.
