  1. I good way to loose weight fairly quickly is try not to drink your calories. For example if you drink soda just drink deit soda instead or not at all. if you put sugar in your coffee try just drinking it black and dont drink juice instead eat the actual fruit instead. I did this about 5 years ago and dropped nearly 20-25 lbs in a couple of months. Its hard but well worth it in the long run.

  11. They are open since phase 2 started but on reduced hours ( closing at 7 or 8 cant remember)
