My apologies for not being clear in my previous comments. I see that it has been taken in a totally different way from what intended. Purpose of my comment was to tell you to not be angry or vent things when people cancel or argue or waste time as that's not just a problem in SP world but others deal with those too. May be your client was having a bad moment and he wasn't thinking straight when trying to book or could be mental health issue that made them agitated or he could be total time waster. Who knows.

What you have said is common sense but people who respect SP and are serious, don't need to be reminded of above. Time wasters and people with attitude won't suddenly become gentlemen after reading this. I don't see any benefit of this post. Sorry if you find this offensive but it's the reality. And it's just not an issue in this business, I deal with attitude and time wasters in my job too. I say 50% of the time! Some times I spend hours working on proposals and at the end don't get business or a single dollar for hours I spent. Not much I can do. It's cost of doing business.
