Although always welcomed and encouraged as being a member of this "recommendation board", no client should feel obligated or pressured to write a reco for anyone. And it's just plain tacky to ask them to do so. Period.

so far... nothing yet, living for the moment. mistakes are made, but not always a bad thing :) we learn from those and it makes us a better person!

Recommendations are lovely things, but not essential for a companion's success in this industry. The great majority of clients either don't know about review or recommendation boards or they know about them but don't post on them for all kinds of reasons. The character of reviews on some of the boards is so mean-spirited and destructive that I'm not sure it's to any woman's advantage to be reviewed on them. Indeed, there have been more than a few notorious campaigns on some of the review boards where a cadre of members have chosen to target some of the best-reviewed ladies, posting so many unfavourable reviews that the companions were eventually driven out of the business or forced to re-invent themselves and start over after taking an enormous financial hit. At the same time, positive reviews are too often dismissed as shill unless posted by long-standing members who have written a great deal on the site. Paid companions who are over 40 or who are larger can do very well in our industry, but usually won't be reviewed anywhere nearly as often as young women. This is not because there's anything wrong with them, but because clients seem more interested in keeping their liaisons with them private for a host of personal reasons. While recommendations and reviews can help identify a potentially suitable companion, there are many ways to find us. Some paid companions don't purchase a lot of online advertising, usually because we have a network or client base that's large enough to keep us busy. Even so, Google is a great resource since most companions' websites are optimized for search engines. Everyone is different, of course. What one man enjoys won't interest another, or the way that a companion expresses herself may be more engaging for some men than for others. The best thing is to take a bit of time, exchange some e-mail and perhaps a phone conversation or two. With a bit of thought and care, you should be able to find a companion who can provide you with the kind of experience you want to have.

I believe a reco helps a new lady on the block be noticed and get on her feet so to speak. I woked as hard in the beginning as I do now to make sure every guest was taken care of and then some. For some reason it took quite a long time for me to get that first really stong reco. I noticed and very quickly that my client base grew and grew. I was not doing anything new so it only makes sense to believe that is what got things going for me. I also belive there are many shining stars out there yet to be discovered so it makes good sense to me if you had a great time with a lady write a few words about her. It only takes a few minutes to share with everyone and it can make huge difference for a lady doing her best to grow and prosper.

Honestly I think most people especially us older types have some regret. It's fashionable these days to say "live in the moment" and obviously in a perfect world we all could and would live in the moment all the time, but most struggle to really do so. I'm ok with a bit of regret but like most anything it's all about how one choses to handle said regrets. But eventhough I'm the glass is mostly full type...I acknowledge I have regrets and have tried to learn and grow from them. Peace MG

There are lots of regrets I have in my life. For example, in first grade when it came down to Billy and myself as to who would be the Valentine King as voted by the class and I lost by one vote. I voted for Billy because I thought he would vote for me. Emily Stone looked like such a goddess as the Valentine Queen. I would not have dropped trou and mooned my best friend on the flight deck of an aircraft carrier as the cameras happened to pan on me as I dropped trousers. When I said "Need" I did not mean to make it sound personal. In my mind it was more of a "need to help your buisness reputation or to help your buisness grow". I know it sounds strange to base myself on a profile and not the reviews. I will try to explain. I have found that CERB is much more then a review board, it is a community where people can exchange ideas or just a laugh. I have noticed that generally the people that participate on the board have shown honesty and good buisness practices and also shown a personal side of themselves. I know that not everyone participates but by simply being on CERB over a longer period of time, to me, shows a concern for their reputation and their buisness. In my mind CERB has quality people. When I am looking to meet one of the ladys I look at their ad and hope to find quality pictures and a general dicription that includes her hight. Then look at her menu to see what I can expect during a session and know what her limits are and if she falls whitin my financial capabilitis. I don't read the reviews because I do not going into a session with a preconceived idea of what will happen. I want things to flow naturally. Also if I read a ladys reviews I feel that it would make me nervous and I would put too much pressure on myself to perform. Sophia I hope this answers some of your questions.

I have a set of the silicone ones that Penelope posted. I love them! I wear them a couple of times a week, sometimes more, when I'm doing errands, walking the dog or doing housework. They're great for toning the kegels and they feel good, too, but not in a way that's overly distracting. I've tried the small ones, like in the photo WiT posted. I didn't like them very much; they seemed a bit small. Then someone visited me and brought a pair of the "medicine balls" (also called "baoding balls") that can be found in a lot of health food stores and Chinese import stores. I have had a few offers of snowbird clients wanting me to come down south for a week or so and do just that. I actually had to cancel a week next month as I'm waiting for an MRI. I also have Playcations which are daytime hotel outcalls of 6-8 hours. Im sure some other SP's do too. I do offer various vacay packages but I am very clear that it is available to members of my site and regulars only. There are many ways to mix it up. I had to use my imagination and to be honest, it's paid off in more than just donation/gifts/tips. I have fun!

In my opinion, posted donation rates are inviolate. Ultimately an encounter is a transaction for your time and personal service. I am continually impressed by the professionalism of the women working in this industry, the care and empathy that they show, their genuine desire to give quality experiences in return for a decent income. To maintain respect for yourself and to maintain your professional integrity, and to support this industry then your donation requirements should not be negotiable. If approached to do so, my opinion would be that you should politely but firmly indicate that you are a professional running a legitimate business with its own costs and expenses, and that the rates are as they are to reflect the quality of service that you provide. Perhaps those potential clients should be politely referred elsewhere.

I once had a client that chose me to take his virginity, I felt really honoured he would choose me for such an important event in his life. Lee is right spend time together first and for sure do not book a short appointment. We spent lots of time laughing and just relaxing, making the most of a really important day. I'm just going to go out on a crazy limb here and say that virginity is a made-up thing that doesn't exist. I guess you are talking about the first time you put your penis in a woman's vagina. Don't worry, It shouldn't take very long for your pics to be approved! 2) *As for the difference between "General member" and "New member - moderated account" When a member is new to cerb their forum posts are moderated until they've posted a minimum of 5 times, that is to avoid fake posters/shill accounts and spammers. thanks cat. this post has lifted my spirits a little more. the site has grown so large that I really can't do it on my own and I have been pushing myself this last year to a breaking point. people are constantly complaining and everyone seams to feel they need to tell me how to do things. most people do not consider that they are just one person demanding my time with frivolous complaints, whining and my favorite... redundant bitching (when they just repeat themselves over and over than get pissed off when I tell them where to go or remove them) with the site growing so large we have 10 times more spammers (you rarely see these as I remove them before you ever see them... only a few get by recentlybecause some exploit exists that has not been patched yet that allows the spammers to circumvent the moderation queue) .. I would estimate 300+ spam posts are removed each month. title infractions.... we don't want the site to lookk like cl with all the crazy post titles trying to out do the next one and gain the most attention... so i have very specific rules to stop this and i use to take the time to pm each person and tell them what they did wrong... i found that even when i took the time people would ignore the pm and continue to break the rules so now i just delete the post and give them a infraction with a link to the rules.. I get people every day wasting my time asking me to elaborate on what they did wrong... did they read the link with the rules??? NO... They are just wasting my time. about 300 posts a month break this rule and more than 1/2 of them break the rule over and over again. This is disrespectful and these people do not deserve to use the site so I just keep deleting the ad posts and eventually just remove them. if they are literate enough to post an ad they can dam well read the rules or they are not welcome here. when I suspend someone (especially a SP or a male member with 50+ posts) i get people PM me (who only hear one side of the story) demanding I let them back or telling me I was wrong or calling me a dictator. These people run to the other sites and tell everyone how horrible I am (and really that did not bother me in the past but now its getting a little annoying).. FINALLY... we have those idiots who post shit like "I am affraid to post on cerb because I will get in trouble" or "I know the rule is... hopefully the mod does not remove me" or the really big idiots who want to fight with me on the site and don't think I have the balls to kick them off!! Yes, it wears on me!! Yes, I am done with it and yes I would not wish this job on anyone. Cat probably meant to post this in the PRIVATE area away from public view but we can let everyone know. I am done and I am working on a way to keep the site moving forward. We are looking for a way to have the community help moderate the site (Myself, the SP's who have SP ONLY access and the ELITE members have a private discussion thread where we are trying to come up with a solution that will keep the site moving forward and keep the integrity of the site alive. I have confidence in our members (Most of them) and I think a few should be removed who are trouble makers but I will leave that up to the people who will take my place as the decision makers. This is not open for public debate but if you are an elite member or a SP ONLY member you are welcome to comment in the private area and have your say. We would love to hear any idea's. If you are not able to see that area please DO NOT pm me. My PM is very busy and full with all this. I am willing to help the transition go forward smoothly (I am not walking away tomorrow or anything) I will continue forward and make sure the site is in good hands before I move on. I will probably always be part of the site in some sort of way (System admin, Server Admin, Software upgrades, etc... after all I am a computer guy and not a politian).
