6 pointsI consider myself fortunate to have met Penelope in the early days of my Cerb membership. She is a sweet and incredibly sexy lady who is the rocker chick and the girl next door all in the same package. She is sensitive and shy yet very into whatever happens behind closed doors. One of Canada's sweethearts. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=35208 I see from recent posts that she will shortly be taking a break from Cerb for a while so I am indeed fortunate to have met her when I did. Her recommendations speak for themselves from the various cities across Canada. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=33948 (Nova Scotia) http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?ltr=A&t=43409 (Ottawa) My choice as todays Goddess of the Day. - Penelope Davis

5 pointsTomorrow is Mother's Day. While it's too late to send a card, and ordering flowers for delivery might be difficult, even if you made the mail on time and/or ordered the bouquet, please, please, please remember to call your mother. Mother's Day began as a day for peace. After the Civil War, American women set aside this day to reflect on peace and an end to war, on no longer sending their sons to kill other women's sons. Mother's Day is a call for peace. If your relationship is strained or broken, please try to bring a little bit of peace into it. For just ten minutes this weekend, let go of the hurt and call your mom anyway. If you've tried in the past and it didn't go well, set that aside, too. Take a deep breath and do it. Call your mom. You don't have to pretend that things are okay. Just call, please. For those of us who have lost a child, especially if that child is alive and knows where we are, Mother's Day is very hard. Whether the break is our fault, or our doing, or whether someone else engineered the alienation, this is a heart-wrenching time. And if the distance is because of something the child has done, the mother feels the separation acutely. No matter what, your mother can never forget you. If you have a good relationship with your mother, celebrate it! She won't be around forever. While children yearn to be adults who move away from their parents and into their own, separate lives, parents continue to be parents for as long as they live. If your mother is no longer living, remember her. Call someone else--a family member, a neighbour, a friend--and wish her a happy Mother's Day instead. Mothering is hard. We all appreciate being appreciated! Call your mom!

3 pointsOh Meg, this is so difficult, there are so many wonderful ladies on CERB. But to start off with, (and I too will have other ladies in the future to mention) I'd mention a very positive contributor to CERB. And that is Samantha Evans Always has insightful positive posts. Very intelligent, and I look forward to reading what she has to say...definitely she's one smart cookie. Hopefully one day we can meet Her profile and a picture http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=22427 http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/album.php?albumid=504&pictureid=15909 RG

2 pointsMy CERB Lady of the Day today is Emily Rushton. Emily is beautiful and sexy, intelligent, down to earth and has a sense of humour. Her intelligence comes through in her posts, when she posts she always has something not just to say but to contribute. And she makes an occasional foray into the joke section, she manages to put a smile on my face from afar. I have had the pleasure of seeing her twice for two encounters that weren't just memorable, they were memories too. And most definitely I will see her again. Thank you Emily for the wonderful encounters Here is Emily's Profile http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=22822 And a recommendation, one of many I'm sure http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/showthread.php?ltr=E&t=68254 RG

2 pointsFirst and foremost, I do need to compliment Meg on this thread. There can be no doubt without the lovely women of CERB, we guys would be touching ourselves way too much. That being said, it is impossible to select just one woman whose impact has been of paramount importance without feeling that you have disappointed the myriad of women that touched our lives. I am one fortunate guy. I have spent countless hours sharing my life and in many instances, the comfort of my home with the women of CERB. Whether they be hours of intimacy or hours of mutually indulgent social pleasures, I have been blessed - my life has truly been enriched by knowing and spending time with the women I love - the women of CERB. With all of that in mind... I will contribute - countless times - to this thread. Get ready. CERB is a dynamic community. It is driven by a combination of familiar faces and those ranks swell daily with the addition of new and incredibly talented women. People come (I mean in the literal and biblical sense hehehehe) and people go (but you have to pay extra for that!!!)... but the core of this community is driven by women that not only please you in a sensual way but also capture your mind and your heart with the words that they share with us every day. They challenge us, they woo us, they make us laugh and they melt our hearts... but most of all, they force us to understand that behind each of those sexy little icons is an amazing person with an equally amazing and vibrant personality. Today, I will highlight a woman that has yet to be mentioned in this thread but who, in her relatively short time on the board, has made an incredible impact, especially with me. Rainbows socks. Uses words like "Schadenfreude." The incomparable Julie Wilde. Now Julie has only been a member since last October, but her impact has been amazing. Not only is she an absolutely beautiful woman, she has a mind like Wile E. Coyote, Super Genius (hmmmm Jewel E. Wilde... hmmmmmm)... a wit that is as sharp as anything you can imagine and insights that challenge us all to look at things on a different plane. Ooooooh yeah. She is built like Venus. Except she has arms. Real arms, not stone arms. Real human arms. She has hands too. Real human hands, arms ... and fingers. Okay... bad example. She is an incredibly beautiful woman. Whew. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=57263 http://juliewilde.escort-site.com/

2 pointsI am just at the end of two days in the beautiful city of Ottawa, so this is a two day cumulative highlight. I could have been found sitting on Parliament Hill, or maybe you saw me when I was that guy just standing and looking up at tall buildings. You could have caught me admiring tulips here there and everywhere, or checking out the locks on the Rideau Canal. I still had time to meet with a lady that I have wanted to meet with for a very long time, and that was a GREAT decision. I had an amazing reconnection with a lady with whom I have spent a great deal of time in the past and somehow I also managed to find time to meet up with a group of Cerb people and met some new and old friends at that little gathering. I need to go home and rest. Thanks to Ottawa and the wonderful people who call it home.

2 pointsWell, I'm gong to buck the trend somewhat and nominate someone who's not around all that much... Nathalie Lefebvre. No, she doesn't post all that much - which is our loss - but she's well worth paying attention to when she does. She's smart, down-to-earth, funny, and hot as hell. What more do you want?

2 pointsI reached double Goddess (God) Status yesterday. I'm very proud of my accomplishment, contribution to the board and being part of this community!!:bigclap: Ya!! For Me!! All my love, Hugs and Kisses, Lexy

2 pointsThe lovely and beautiful Sophia Varoushka ... her posts always leave me grinning from ear to ear. She brings so much joy and positivity to this community. And her albums are so creative and sexy. She is a Naughty Alice that I would love to follow down the rabbit hole. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=38592 Julianna ... Julianna is a relatively new member of our community. She is smart, sexy, and is already making a great contribution here. Her pictures really show what a strong woman she is, and how incredibly hot! I love spending time with her, and she is such a welcome presence in the local Newfoundland scene. http://www.cerb.ca/vbulletin/member.php?u=63561

1 pointAfter a long week at work, i wondered what to do to unwind as i stepped off work. I had seen Melissa's pictures a while ago and my interest was already peaked. After organising an appointment, getting to her place was easy. After introducing ourselves and a bit of chit chat to break the ice, i quickly realised that she took charge. Wasting no time, well, lets just say that my week's stresses ... very quickly dissolved as we got to know each other. :-) Melissa is definitly a sweet gal, who knows what she likes, and is not shy to let you know about it. And she has an "oh so nice" bum :-).

1 pointThis is mainly for any newbies on CERB who have never heard of Cowboy Kenny's diary before. My advice is always the same, if it sounds to good to be true...it probably is! I was reading on this site and elsewhere, that people have been burned here in Ottawa lately. My advice is to daily check CK's diary, he does very good work for all of us and if you want to protect yourself then read it please! I hate hearing stories of things going badly wrong, especially when it could have easily been avoided. It only takes a couple of minutes to scroll through the daily updates, but it is very much worth it! http://www.cowboysdiary.info/

1 pointI don't even know where to begin with this recommendation, but I got rocked yesterday!!!! :D As per normal with me, it all happened very last minute. I knew that Crystal and Becky were doing duos yesterday, but I had no plans to head out to the spa at all. After talking with Crystal for a while yesterday morning, I agreed to head out and be their first duo session together. A bit about the ladies, Crystal is statuesque with legs that never seem to end and a body that is off the charts!!! Oh and those eyes...they are something to behold!!! Becky is a true spinner with a glorious ass and sparkling blue eyes! Both are very playful and loads of fun! First to the shower. The 3 of us got all nice and soapy. Played around a little and really were just having fun! Then to the hot tub! So here I am in the hot tub with Crystal in front of me and Becky behind me...BABE SANDWICH!!!! A little playing around in the hot tub...then off to the table. ;) Now the rub down starts, I was so relaxed...it was fantastic! Having Becky massaging my legs and Crystal working my shoulders and back...incredible! There was lots of oily slipping and sliding...just out of control. Once we were all done at the table, it was back to the shower again to end with a bit more playing around. Then we got a bit silly while cleaning the room up...I tend to be a bit mental anyway, and unfortunately our time was up! I had an incredible time, they are just a ton of fun and so playful. I would easily recommend either one on their own, but as a duo the experience is out of control!!! Oh, and Crystal...watch out for those water jets...they are out to get you! ;) HAHAHAHAHA!!!!

1 pointI'm writing this post concerning the Halifax Cerb Social. It has been brought to my attention that some members of Cerb are expressing misgivings regarding Taloon's credibility (the organizer of the Halifax Social). I'd like to take this opportunity to set the record straight to the best of my ability. I met with Taloon in person to purchase my ticket, and in my opinion, he seems 100% legitimate. I found him to be well mannered and sociable. In fact, we had a pleasant conversation for about ten minutes discussing what a great event this will turn out to be. So to re-cap, I feel Taloon is genuine and has Cerb's best interests at heart. If anyone is on the fence about attending, I would encourage you to get out there and put your support behind this very worthwhile endeavor. I hope that I've been able to assuage some of your trepidations where this is concerned. Regards, Dr. Love

1 pointNice reminder, Samantha. In my case, I will be visiting the cemetary tomorrow to give my regards. I urge those of you who have mothers who have passed to do the same, if you can. After 13 years, there isn't a day that goes by without me thinking of her.

1 pointThe second pretty lady I would like to highlight is also a lady I met in my early days in this lifestyle. She is a beauty inside and out. Friendly, fun, funny, dead sexy..... is a Goddess ! Also over the past year and a half or so she has put up with my off the wall random texts and replies with some pretty sharp and witty comebacks.. heh heh. I visit with her every single chance I get when she passes thru my part of the world :) She runs a low profile on Cerb here posting wise....she just goes about her business very successfully I might add......but her ads, her photo's as well as her reputation are very well known I do believe :) She is shorter than me but can be a fiery Frenchie so I definately wouldn't mess with her ..... haha I love spending time with her ! 1 pointI fail to understand why some of the newer members of CERB continue to ask for information when it has already been given to them or they have the means at hand to find what they are looking for by using the various features of the Board such as the search functions. CAT was gracious enough to provide a link to a thread containing the information that the member was looking for. The member even commented on the thread back in January and now in May is looking for the same information. If the newer members were to take the time to learn about CERB and what its for and how it works it would eliminate a lot of the lazy questions... Rodehard

1 pointI LOVE Old Dog! We have so many things in common. Weird movies, strange books, pin-up girls, vintage furniture and laughing our asses off. Plus he does a mean Scottish brogue! I just think the world of Old DOg and believe me, if you like him on here, he's 10 times more engaging and hilarious in person.

1 pointThe ROM (museum) in Toronto had an exhibit about the Mayans. Apparently, the calender does not end Dec. 21, 2012... it just keeps on going, its not even a particular important part of the sequence, just the beginning of the next part of the sequence. What I'm hoping is that when this event doesn't occur, that people finally give up these notions of prophesy and doomsday... and maybe take human made preventable problems more seriously (e.g., global warming, polution, extinction of wildlife etc.). also from Wikipedia. Despite the publicity generated by the 2012 date, Susan Milbrath, curator of Latin American Art and Archaeology at the Florida Museum of Natural History, stated that "We have no record or knowledge that [the Maya] would think the world would come to an end" in 2012.[37] "For the ancient Maya, it was a huge celebration to make it to the end of a whole cycle," says Sandra Noble, executive director of the Foundation for the Advancement of Mesoamerican Studies in Crystal River, Florida. To render December 21, 2012, as a doomsday event or moment of cosmic shifting, she says, is "a complete fabrication and a chance for a lot of people to cash in."[37] "There will be another cycle," says E. Wyllys Andrews V, director of the Tulane University Middle American Research Institute (MARI). "We know the Maya thought there was one before this, and that implies they were comfortable with the idea of another one after this."

1 pointReading many of the preceding comments remind me of that old saying "no doctor is better than a half doctor". The following is not to be construed as legal or tax advice. Each of you should consult your own tax adviser in these matters. Some of what I'll address has been touched here and there, sorry if Im being repetitious. There are a few bombs no one's touched on. I'll blow them up for you in the words that follow. There are generally 3 sources of income under the Income Tax Act; investment, employment and business. Most SPs are carrying on a business. (Some who work for agencies are likely employees, but the agencies may view them and treat them as independents. I won't deal with those issues.) You can call yourselves, enchantresses, entertainers, flutists or sex therapists; no consequences flow from how you characterize yourselves; you're carrying on a business. (And your accountant doesn't give a hoot how you earn your living.) Regardless whether it's legal or not (and I'm not suggesting that any of what you do is not) it is taxable. The Canada Revenue Agency ("CRA") has in fact issued a pronouncement on the matter following an enquiry from an inquisitive taxpayer regarding escort services. In carrying on business you are entitled to claim any costs/expenses incurred with a view to earning a profit unless it is of a personal or capital nature. There is an overriding provision found at sec 67 that the expense has to be reasonable. In a pronouncement the CRA has stated its views regarding the deductibility of certain items pertaining to the sex trade. A taxpayer who ran an internet porn site wanted to know whether his wife's (the star of the site) toys and sexy clothes were deductible. I didn't go back to read it, but the answer was not black and white, other than the usual caveat about personal expenses not being deductible. The following are generalizations: clothes are generally of a personal nature. If an accountant buys a suit to look good for his clients, it's clearly not deductible. If he buys a gym membership to be fit and sane and ultra productive, it's not deductible. However, items which have no practical use outside your trade are probably deductible. I can think of dildos, whips, stripper shoes, condoms and K-Y (sorry I'm a newbie, so I don't know what you all need to buy). Garments, unlikely but some, perhaps. Hotel rooms, cabs; a pro rated portion of your house or rent expenses if you entertain there, clearly deductible if reasonably related to your income earning activities. Under the Tax Act (and other laws), you are required to maintain adequate books and records. Some of you have suggested that all receipts be kept. Of course you need to do so; how else can one substantiate deductions. But you need to keep the same type of records in respect of the top line; your revenues. In you're business that's a challenge! (In my opinion, it's unlikely that you would be asked to provided detailed revenue ledgers, but the law requires it.) Your gross revenues less expenses is your net income, which is subject to tax (there may other deductions and credits available, like RRSP contributions). Note that your net business income constitutes "earned income" which is the base to determine whether you can make contributions to an RRSP. There has been a lot of discussion about the brackets. It left me wondering whether some of you were referring to something to tie up a hobbyist on a chair! We have a system of graduated rates. If you earn income between A and B, you pay a rate of X on that income. Any income above B until you reach C (and only that income) is taxed at Z, a higher rate and so on. Someone posted the rates. However, as I recall, only the federal rates were posted. There are provincial rates as well. Very briefly, in Ontario, income to 10k is tax free, the next tranche to 40k, is taxed at about 24%, the next to about 80k is taxed at about 40%, the next to to 128k is at 43% and above at 46.41%. (These rates are not accurate, they are just averages. There are about 9 brackets in Ontario.) Here's one of the bombs. As a the operators of businesses, you are required to pay CPP, twice, being the employer's portion as well as yours. I don't have the specific dollar amount in my head, but the two add up to about $4,000 per year (that's the maximum, which all you full time SPs would hit - I can look up and post the income at which you hit the maximum if someone is interested). You don't have to pay EI. As stated, unless your income is subject to source withholdings (i.e. employment income where you employer deducts taxes, CPP and EI) you are required to make quarterly instalments - based on the prior year income. If you don't, interest applies on the deficiency, at the prescribed rate (fluctuates, but currently 1%) plus 4%, so 5%. It compounds on a daily basis. (Refunds attract interest at the prescribed rate plus 2%.) The same rate applies to unpaid taxes from the due date, being April 30. It is correct that you can file as late as June 15, but your taxes have to be paid by the end of April. If you don't file your return on the due date, there is a penalty equal to 5% of the unpaid taxes, if any, plus another 1% per month the return is filed late. (If you file late but all your taxes were paid, there will generally not be a penalty.) File 6 month late, you are looking at an 11% penalty; if you owed $20,000 ... do the math. I think there is a cap on the accumulating monthly %, but it skips my mind right now. I will come back to these penalties in a bit. Here's another bomb. Some have mentioned that credits would be available for HST paid on your hotel rooms and other expenses. That's correct, but the flip side of that is that everyone carrying on business in Canada is required to become a registrant for HST purposes. The only exception that may apply to you is that if you are a small supplier (not to be confused with a spinner) you don't have to register. Essentially a small supplier is one with less than 30k of annual revenues (not net income, but money coming in). If you are a small supplier, you don't need to collect and remit HST and you don't get a credit for HST paid on your expenses. We all know that most full time SPs exceed that threshold. The consequence of this is that if the guy gives you $220 for one hour of your services, you have in fact billed him about $195 plus HST of $25. Under the law, you have to file an HST return and remit the $25, well, all the $25 you are deemed to have collected! That in itself will cause quite a few of you to gag over the prospect of becoming legit after the fact. Some of you have suggested that maybe not all income should be reported, a bit like speeding; go over the speed limit, but be reasonable. I can tell you that in the unlikely event you are audited, it won't take physicist to figure out that you have under reported, if you have done so aggressively. Think of it; how many of you post on internet sites your daily availability "Hey guys, Sex Goddess is available from 10 am to 10 pm today" ... and then go on to post later in the day "Hey guys, I'm fully booked for the day!" Many of your posting are archived, some of you have thousands! I tell you, in no time, an auditor will log in to these sites and will extrapolate a DDD income for you. You should all be "legit" and I'm not suggesting any of you remain under the bed sheets. However the decision to become legit is a difficult one, particularly if you have not been filing tax returns for a number of years. Say, you are 30 and have been in the business for 5 years without ever having filed a tax return. (All your unreported years are open for assessment at any time; there is no limitation period.) If you file one this year, there is a possibility that you will receive a letter asking you to file a return for prior periods. This could be disastrous. Remember the penalties for unpaid taxes related to un-filed tax returns? Go back 5 years, and you will have more penalties and interest than you can handle - msog! The risk is much less if you have been filing tax returns, perhaps reporting income from a part time job. In addition, if you have filed a return, the penalties for un-filed returns won't apply. None of you is likely interested, but the CRA has a voluntary disclosure program. Essentially, you contact the CRA and advise them you wish to disclose prior years' unreported income. The benefit of the voluntary disclosure is that the CRA will waive all penalties. You'll still have to pay the taxes and interest, though. We live under a self assessment system; in other words we report the income we have earned. The CRA has nowhere near the resources to look into the affairs of all residents; like the speeding the laws, there are only so many cops on the road. The few who do get caught pay the price. I apologize if any of you momentarily lose the ability to climax. O Additional Comments: I re-read my last post and other than noticing a few typos, it dawned on me that I was remiss in not addressing a tax planning tip you may wish to consider. Again, this is not advice and you should consult your own advisor in these matters, but this is what I would do. (The rates discussed below pertain to Ontario, but other provinces have similar rates.) Part 1 I would do like many other professionals; doctors, lawyers, accountants etc.; I would incorporate my business. (I'll refer to it as "Ecstasy Co") That type of business income would be eligible for the small business rate, which is about 15%. (It almost doubles for income over 500k, but only for the income in excess of 500k.) Say Ecstasy Co's net income is $100,000, its tax bill would be $15,000. Part 2 follows Additional Comments: need someone to reply so i can add part 2

1 pointI suspect that Taloon is doing this on his own. I think it's just a matter of him taking the bull by the horns and running with it. It's a lot of hard work to do an event of this size. Many point to the Ottawa experience with socials, but one has to remember that there were quite a few here and that some of the early ones were quite small and we learned as they evolved in time. I remember going to one of the first at the Honest Lawyer where there might have been 7-8 people. I would suggest that one of the ladies contact Taloon and give him a little bit of a hand. I think this would be beneficial as she could be a liaison with the ladies who are considering attending. One other point. Who is invited is really under control of the organizer. CERB is the place where information is passed on, and as a way to communicate but at the end of the day is not the sponsor, and has no responsibility for the event. So if you have any concerns go to him and help him out.

1 pointThis thread makes me ill! As a human being, and I use that term very loosely, you have a moral obligation to care and protect your children! My son is 20 now, and I would still lay down my life for him!!! His mother and I only dated, we were never married. Not only was there a legal obligation to care for him, how could I not care for my own child!!! I have enough guilt about leaving to go off to war so many times while he was growing up, but I would do anything for him. If you get anyone pregnant, you should be utterly ashamed of yourself if you abandon both the woman in question and your child!

1 pointYou are definitely not alone in that you see sex in everyday things, I notice it all the time. The one thing that comes to mind is when I'm grocery shopping, when I see certain vegetables my mind will automatically go into the gutter, lol. I've also been known to go out of my way to make sure to purchase other things with said vegetables so I don't give the cashier any ideas, lol. This may be a more blatant example than the banana but it is still amusing. Enjoy ;)
