What a great thread! I'd like to add, a lady may be in an appointment! 😄 I can't speak for anyone else, but I never look at my phone during a session. I also don't answer texts or calls when I'm driving, with family, at work, etc, etc. I DO always try to return a text right away. But I never return phone calls, I will put that on my site when I get it up. Unless it's like 2 minutes after, I don't want to jeopardize your privacy by calling at the wrong moment. I know how that can be! I almost feel like I should have a code phrase on my site so a visitor will know, I just CAN'T talk. "I'm sorry, I don't want to buy any vacuum cleaners right now". Hahaha.. Then you'll know to just try back later, don't try to further the discussion. Some phones can be really loud at the wrong times and people can hear every word even across the room. I had this phone call two weeks ago, didn't realize someone was nearby, saw them as I answered: "Hi there! Is this Raquel the Escort??" For some reason it was really loud and I'm sure the other person nearby heard every word. Now here's my dilemma, I don't want to lose a client by just saying, "No!" and hanging up. I guess I should have. I tried to make it a joke "Hahaha. that's funny" sorta stuff. But he continued on at full roar asking about rates, blowjobs, etc.. O.O Me whispering now, "I can't talk", and he's like, "well can you just answer yes and no to questions?"... "I can't talk".. panic had set in and my brain had frozen. I got out of the call very awkwardly and was too in shock to come up with something believable to say to my friend. "It was the guy about the stuff.. " O.o I always want to assure a discreet encounter for myself and my guest. If I feel I can't provide that, I'm not going to want to book. But horny fellas want to book NOW! LOL! You guys are so cute 😉 Planning is actually a big key to a successful session. I read some fellas suggesting calling the day of, or texting (I prefer text). From my point of view, again, not speaking for others, I prefer advanced bookings. If I could have my whole week planned in advance with dependable appointments, life would be golden and I'd be the most joyous, phone answering SP you ever did see 😉 I know, life is never perfect.. hahah.. and on the up side, I'll have my own place next month and the privacy issues will be gone! ❤️ Last minute and day of appointments are fine, don't get me wrong! Something like, "Hey, wondering if you're available today for half hour around 2pm?" If I've only a moment to look at that but I can make that appointment, "Sounds good, can't text now, can chat more in an hour?" Just a few comments from a VERY long term member with practically no posts on the boards. 1. Some of us read, but dont openly comment. Someone with a lot of posts is less likely a fake as it would be a long time building a rep and not worth the effort unless you were an agent with multiple girls spanning years. But having little post count is perhaps a yellow flag... not a red one. 2. A relatively new account always posting / relying about the same SP is not a true indication of a fake account. Many members start out, find this site, find an SP, have a good time and return to the same SP rather than risk a new one. If they dont go often they could easily go a year+, only knowing that one SP. Thus any comments / experience wise would be about her. This would not be a rare scenario. 3. Faking accounts would not require mutiple PCs / ISPs to go undetected from the "accounts from same computer" tracking. A simple VPN service which many people use would be all you need.

Dropped in at Barb's this evening for a visit since it's pushing a year since I've been there - need to practice for the upcoming grande finale..... the club was not busy and the lovely Phoenix joined me at my table..... I typically politely ask for rates and availability. I usually then try to ask a couple questions about the kind of service I might be looking for. Part of that is to make sure her and I are on same page about service and price, other part is to get a sense of their personality. Are they all business, slow responses, responses that don't answer the question, do they seem fun, flirty, are they going to be rush rush rush, etc. BUT Having seen the texts the providers receive I see a lot of frankly rude or at least crude texts, lots of time wasting conversations, lots of people asking for stuff like bare services or discounts or trades (drugs). I would think if you polite and not wasting their time then they should be more than willing to chat with you. In my experience though, getting slow or no response is very common. Unsure why but I just move on. I am willing to try a couple times to get an answer but after that I don't bother with them anymore. Also once you've started the conversation someone who is always super slow to respond (like consistently many many minutes between responses), I usually move on. Their mind is elsewhere or they've got conversations going with other clients, or whatever but it's enough of a turn-off I move on. I'm meaning once they respond to my text, if I text them back in seconds and then each response from them is 5-10min I assume my business is not a priority for them and move on. On the other hand, anyone who's a quick responder with friendly flirty texts, I'm very likely to book with them and usually tell them how much I appreciate their quick responses. Again, I'm not talking first response, but how fast they respond once a conversation is started.

I find I get good responses from that. Being pleasant and polite will take you far. I cannot stand; and wont reply to responses that just go straight into rates and "menu" or one word replies. If a lady cant engage me through txt there is no way she will be able too in person. Just me and my way of doing business.

I usually start off with: "Hi ____, my name is _____. I am __ [years old], do you have any availability on ____[day of the week] for ___ [30/60/90 minutes]?" Fill in the blanks. It appears you jumped right over the preliminaries and right into the details. I wait for them to provide the details.

Lucky for us technology has allowed us to receive texts at any time and still keep them confidential. There lots of apps out there that hide text's away in hidden files and removes them from your phones main text log. To access the text you need a password. For example you can setup the app to treat texts from either a specific phone number or from any phone number not in your contacts as confidential and immediately upon receipt secure them from view. You can set it such that your phones normal notifications (vibrate, ring, blinking light etc) are silenced. This allows you to receive those confidential texts and never worry about them being seen by prying eyes. Additionally it means that you don't have to delete them from your phone so they are available for future reference. Just my Opinion
