Not real surprised as for every action there is a reaction. When the Supreme Court decision came down my first thought was oh oh this might not be such a good thing as now they'll have to react. It's actually a pretty easy one for them because most average Canadians who really have no idea what actually goes on will see this as a good thing and it won't impact the vast majority of them any way. Legalizing pot has way more support from jane and john public by comparison. Not saying it's right, just saying what it is. Interesting times. Peace MG

I do consider Taxi Driver a very good movie and perhaps a classic but best of lists are very subjective. I think it may be an age thing to a degree the context of the times may be lost. I was 22 and the subject matter was considered very provocative for it's day by the public and critics. We were just being exposed to and getting access to non studio indie films and films from Europe and Australia which until then has been quite hard to find except in large centres like Toronto and Vancouver. There was no internet and VCR's were very rare thus films and going to see films mattered to us much more than today in my view. Peace MG

Since recently turning 60 this is a question I've pondered. Both Helen Mirren and Susan Sarandon blow this out of the water but I'm neither lol. Am I sexy to some one in their 20's, certainly not in the real world and unlikely in this one too. So I do shy away from the youngins for sure. It's very much to each their own and within the game I do notice breasts and in fact it's part of my screening process as I prefer natural and medium to smallish. I discussed with my Doc and he offered u samples to try, I didn't take him up on it as its more of a mind over matter thing at this point. Photo (s) drive my initial curiosity. It's true that some people are more photogenic than others which can present surprises both good and bad. I prefer very current pictures a year or two old at the most as things can and do change quickly. I like to see a true representation of body type, I'm not an fan of enhancements to it's nice to be able to determine that as well by photo as well. I also find that it's not reliable to read someones opinion on looks without seeing a current photo because we all have such very different taste and preferences. What some one thinks is attractive may strike me as ho hum and obviously vice-versa. If I have the slightest doubt, I move along. Peace MG

Yes the definition of the girl next store will vary from person to person. In my civilian life my relationships have been with women who didn't own/wear makeup, own a curling iron or even a hair dryer and who also have a bit of a hippie look to them. All were great looking and often had no idea they were or it just didn't matter to them. They were the girls in high school or in a circle of friends who didn't get much attention or interest and then 5 or 10 years later it was...yikes how did we miss that ?
