Turn offs for a hobbyist

Recommended Posts

1-There is nothing worse than having her say "We only have a minute or two left." Instant boner killer.

2-Constant fiddling with cellphones. I don't think the ladies even realise they are doing it. I had one girl check her phone and text almost constantly through a one hour session. As I left she asked when she'd see me again and I said never, because of the texting. She insisted she had only looked at it once or twice.

3-Perfume. A one ounce bottle is not a single serving size.

4-Respect for my time. Sat in a lobby once for half an hour past the agreed-on start time. But she wanted me out at the agreed on endtime. Another off the list.

5-Photos that look like centrefolds and when you get there they are in sweatpants and dirty t-shirt. This was the same girl in #4 above. And we had agreed that she would wear a specific set of lingerie that were in her ad photos. Her defence was that she "hadn't had time to unpack".

The ones who really need to tune up are likely the ones who would never read this thread. Kinda sad eh?

But there are some fabulous and professional ladies out there! The fails only make me appreciate the good ones even more.

I'm kinda shocked that there are ladies that would wear sweat pants and a t shirt (a dirty shirt on top of it) for and encounter. Not sexy at all!

First let me say that unless a spedcial request has been made (i.e. a fetish involving soiled panties or worn socks), dirty clothes are not acceptable in any social setting. However, sweat pants and a t-shirt, if worn in the right way, CAN be quite sexy.

It's not the clothes that make a woman look hot. It's all about the way the woman wears the clothes. I once had a man tell me that I'd look hot in a burlap sack! [emoji13]

A good piece of advice is to ask the gentleman if he has a preference in the type/style of outfit you wear for your date. And if the gentleman has a specific vision of how he'd like the lady to look, let her know in advance. Open communication on even the smallest details helps to make for a more pleasant time for both parties. [emoji4]

A lady, one a very special lady (and now retired), wore sweat pants. She did so, she told me, so as to not draw attention to her when she walked through the hotel. Always clean clothes mind you. But she looked GREAT!!! Clothes, well for me, it's whatever the lady feels comfortable in...I'm happy when I hear the knock on my hotel door, and the lady shows up with a big smile on her face, and we greet with a hug and kiss.

She can wear sweats, jeans, dress, skirt, burlap sack whatever she feels most comfortable in, I'm happy

I keep in mind this, a lady dressed at her worse still looks far better than me at my very best

My two cents worth

I had to smile reading this and thinking of one touring lady who dressed down for a breakfast date and still looked like a goddess.

We walked into the restaurant and guy's jaws were dropping...one of the best days ever.

Really insightful thread, I enjoyed reading everyone's input, as an SP

I do use words of affection like hun, love and/or darling (but definitely never baby), because I want the man I'm speaking to, to feel comfortable and that I am available to him, instead of just being grammatically correct.

I re-read my messages before sending them and sometimes that one word of affection will make the sentence sound softer and less impersonal.

Also for me, my first language is spanish and in spanish when we are speaking to some one of interest we always use words of affection in our speech so to me it comes naturally when I am speaking in english

But definitely gave me something to think about for future messaging!

Thank you

I had to go back and read this whole thread again to see what I missed. It seems the "terms of endearment" are maybe 70% against ( I didn't count, just guessing). Never would have realized that some people are so turned off by that but hey, it's all cool. It's funny when the comments from ladies from Newfoundland and some other places don't even realize they are using those terms. It's just part of their day to day vocabulary. I've been to the southern and mid-west states some and boy, you wanna talk about the "huns" and "darlins" and "sweeties", lol. I think even a few of the guys use the terms there..

The one thing I would add to my earlier contribution is the "time" factor. It's been mentioned but if I book an hour or 90 minutes or whatever, that is my time and mine alone except for emergencies or obviously some bad behavior on my part (something that would never happen, I assure you). So what if I'm a bit early on the delivery or having a rough day, performance wise. The remainder of the time can be spent in conversation or even just laying there in each others arms gazing into each others eyes. Getting up and grabbing the phone to check messages or worse, texting your friend or sister or whatever is a big no-no. If/when that happens, I get dressed and leave and a repeat visit is not going to happen. I just cut my losses.

And to add to that note, to the guys, when you text one of the ladies and she doesn't answer in 5, 10 mins, whatever, don't keep texting and texting. Did you ever consider that she might be in a session with, oh, I don't know, ME? Lol. She will return your message when she is "available".

All in all, though, the majority of the ladies in this industry are great and I can't say I've had too many "bad" experiences.

Too much make up, implants, dated photos, one-two word responses to emails, generic huns or babes, fly by nighters, disinterest, faking, conceit for no reason and generally poor customer service.

Peace

MG

Yup, ran into a few of these over the years and not very fun in the end.

Great thread, and thank you to everyone who's contributed.

I'm pretty terse when I'm booking clients, so I think I should try to work on that since that's probably sending an inadvertent bad message.

A lot of these I would think are common sense, right? Put yourself in your client's shoes... how would you feel if X, Y, or Z?

This has certainly been an amusing and enlightening read.

Well I think this is really a two way street I think some times us clients forget that we are not the only ones contacting the lady when in fact they are constantly getting the same questions over and over.

Maybe a pet peeve of mine, but plagiarism, whether in ad title or content

When a lady takes another lady's ad title or content and passes it off as her own ad it is a major turn off. Ladies spend a lot of time and effort in their ads to present an image of themselves. Their writings reflect their personality. So plagiarism, is the stealing of another's thoughts and passing them off as her own,and is that lady no less than trying to pass herself off as another lady IMO. And they are in intent, in my opinion, no different in intent than a lady using another lady's photos and trying to pass them off as her own. This is why ladies watermark photos.

But you can't watermark an ad title or ad content.

Some ladies may not have a knack for creative writing. But a simple descriptive ad would work, and be honest. And much better than what is to me a stolen ad from another lady

A rambling

I once suggested to a gentleman that we share a bottle of a wine we both loved during our 10 o'clock appointment.

He wrote back saying, "Really? Before lunch?"

I hadn't seen that he said 10 AM and not PM! We laughed but that is SURE to turn off any hobbiest! Time for my wake-up bottle of wine, ha ha ha, it was pretty embarrassing.

Hahahaha. Love it! As I just read this whole thread, I was wondering why no one had mentioned the blunders that must occasionally occur. I had one today that I am still too embarrassed to share, but I figured I couldn't be the only one to do so. I'm sure there are some great stories to share! This was the perfect post to come across.

Thank you for sharing your blunder :-)

Something that I find a turn off is when one companion pronounces her opinion of how other companions conduct their business publically on a board like this. Every lady has a business model that works for them.

To publically make comments and posts as if there is one "right" way to do things and thus by extension every other way is wrong, and their way is the only right way. And then posting it publically for other ladies and prospective clients to read is a major turn off

A second major turn off, said before, but deserves repeating. It is plagiarism whether in ad titles and content, or outright stealing of websites Any lady who plagiarises is stealing, and I am left wondering if she would steal another lady's ads/websites etc, what else would she steal

A rambling

Being rushed...nothing s worse than paying for an hour and feeling she just wants you to leave and when you do realize your hour service was actually 35 minutes. Another huge turnoff...blatantly obvious disinterest and no conversation, trash talking other MA's/S ' s etc

Hands down, When they are late or not ready at the agreed time. I don't mind waiting a reasonable amount of time, but I had one outcall that texted me "I'm 2 minutes away" 15 minutes after the agreed time.

I was traveling a few years back and setup an appointment at my hotel for a lady to visit me. The lady shows up late, not a whole lot, but still late, then she says she's coming from the gym .... we chatted a bit, as would be customary, and as she's getting undressed, or I should say as I'm helping her get undressed I realize she's all clammy and sweaty ... OMG, this girl hasn't showered after her gym session. So tell me, how quickly do you think I went limp? This was a total and complete turnoff for me. Being intimate with a clammy girl! no thank you.

OMG, a similar situation for me. The lady had just arrived from a day of errands and delayed arrival by about an hour. She had called to let me know and see if it was okay. I thought the time was to get herself ready but discovered while attempting to complete my portion of the 69 that indeed she was actually coming directly. It was not fresh and then a saw small flaky white stuff from her deodorant down there. I didn't stop her from completely her task but I did not contribute further on my end.

Certainly not the desired start to the encounter but who knows what exactly was happening in her world that day.... One option... invite her to shower lol it might take the encounter in a totally new and pleasant direction.

Just my Opinion

This is a great thread.

I think some one already mentioned something similar but I find it a huge turn off when I send out a first email/PM with a question or two and get a one-word response or a terse answer that doesn't even include a hello or nice to meet you. I know the women are getting tons of e-mails and have to deal with a lot of time wasters but a snippy answer makes me think I'm going to get a mechanical snippy session. I always try to make my note warm and introduce myself so i hope for the same in return, it gives me an idea of her personality.

I also like stripclubs and one of my bigget turn offs there is when a dancer complains during the dances about how her night is going, her finances, the other dancers, the club etc. Or when she sits down with me and tells me how bad her night is going so I might take pity on her and take her for dances. I know it must be a really hard line of work but smiling, positive and warm wins be over every time.

My biggest turn off is when I arrive and the "business" vibe is emanating right from the beginning (face buried in a cell phone), where you feel like you're talking to the Tim Horton's drive thru window, and then at the snap of a finger, they try to morph into character, or worse, they don't, and expect you to be excited about intimacy with someone as enthusiastic as a minimum wage employee at 5am. I understand it is in fact a business transaction, but I still like a little fantasy and illusion with my commerce :p

LOL!

I actually had a date similar to that but for some reason It was kind of fun.

It kind of felt like I was doing research for an Escort documentary, Like field research. The conversation was like an interview and everything else was almost clinical lol! Maybe because there was no morphing into character.

She was real nice and interesting person so I didn't really feel bad about it, just a different experience :)

Made for a fun Saturday Morning!
